This wasn’t the best sandwich I ever had. It was made extremely fast and rushed. I was the only customer it was after 5pm. I was excited to use a coupon I got in the mail but of course it was only valid for select sandwiches. The price is way too high for what it is.
So cheap 😱😱ask them to add more toping and they add one or two pice of onions, never see before this subway

I know how I like my sandwich! Subway workers always make me feel like I don't have the right to have: chopped tomatoes, chopped spinach, and mayonnaise spreaded on my bread. I apologize for using up an extra 15 seconds of your time.

There were no lines, and the person who helped us was very polite and made our order with care. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom.

I stopped at this location since I had a gift card. Ordered a sandwich and a pretzel, but when I get to the register after being told to swipe the gift it declined because the cashier was supposed to enter the card number plus the pin into the cash register manually. I then proceed to pay with a credit card and leave. Upon arrival home a few minutes later the food was so hard, it was inedible. I call immediately to let them know and was told we know the food gets hard because it happens when we warm it up but that there was nothing they could do about it. No offer for a refund or replacement at all. The store was completely unbothered selling food that is inedible when warmed up and even upon admission refused to make it right. I will not be patronizing this store ever again. Btw, I checked the gift card balance and the balance in full was there. Total waste of my time and money.

The cost of the subway now was approximately $12.50 and I could get this same meal perhaps larger at Jimmy John’s for $10.50. The gentleman behind the counter at Subway had to be asked more than once to please add more lettuce and a tomato. I will not, be patronizing this subway again and I will take my business to Jimmy John’s around the corner

If I could give this sub a negative score I would .. I stopped getting subway because it truly is the worse sub out there .. even Publix Subs are better .. but I decided to give it a try with the BOGO And the new menu subs supposedly with more MEAT and more CHEESE.. these is a joke for $9 … get any other sub just don’t waste your money
Ordered online from business website. Was suppose to be plain ham and cheese. Picked up and it had lettuce, tomatoes, onions. The website filled out items I did not select. Old, haggard looking barn owl says their website does not do that. I had not even left with the sandwich nor was it eaten off of. I checked it before I left the parking lot. I had to show her that it did in fact fill out those items. She said I was suppose to remove them. I worked for subway for over 10 years as a manager. It's build your own sandwich. No sandwich has a regular way its made except for meat, sauce depending on which one and amount of meat, sauce, cheese. 4pieces of ham, two pieces of cheese. She gets on the phone calling people with the receipt starts hollering for us to leave her store which she must not be owner if she is having to call someone over a plain ham and cheese sandwich. I just finished 6 weeks of chemo and radiation treatments for stage 3c1 cervical cancer. She has me so upset we left Atlanta immediately and headed back home. I had to come in the store from the car because she had upset my daughter. She should not be in customer service. She should certainly not be working for subway. She has no knowledge of the website layout or how to handle customers. I am good friends and worked for Mikesh Sopriwala (Mike.) Who owns and operates all the Subways in Theodore, Alabama and Mobile. Snow Rd, Walmart shopping center, coin and Loop plaza, bayou La Batre, and a few more. He knows how to handle and speak with customers. Not this old crone.
