We tried out SunO for the first time today. We ordered through their app and didn't realize that the app orders are only for the Duluth location -- but they offered great customer service and refunded that order. The ices we got at the Decatur location were great and Covid precautions were solid.

My dad bought your suno signatures a couple times this past month. For the past several years, he bought the Pabingsoo and Volcano flavored sunos for his kids and young nieces and nephews. The sunos were each around $7 and they were always filled to the top when he got them to-go. This past month, they were filled just barely over half the cup. We thought maybe the employee was new and didn't make it right the first time. The second time, it was the same amount in the cup. Looked sad. He also told me that 3 of them cost him almost $30. That didn't sound right to me b/c I went with him in the past to buy them, so I know how much it should cost. He showed me the online order website, and I saw that the prices went up. My dad is not one to speak up, but this is wrong. I don't know who's working at the store nowadays, but you guys need to sort this out. Either give the same amount you guys have had in the past OR charge less. Why should your customers have to pay more for less?? If you're going to give a third less, then I should pay a third less, not more.

A couple of friends and I were the only ones in here. We weren't greeted so we awkwardly stood around for 10 minutes before being rudly told we need to leave because we didn't have masks. I don't have a problem with that, but it's the fact that the woman didn't say anything and left us standing around for that long.

I was calling several times and texting the phone number that the app has if you have trouble ordering i wanted to use a $5 off that was expiring since no answer it said the place is open for place orders to take out but when we got there the employee was really rude saying they could only place orders through the app and it also says that you have to wear mask if coming to the store but the employee who is a guy didn’t had no mask on whatsoever it looks really bad for the owners of this place that not even the employees are following their procedures. Not coming back here again.

I came here on accident in search of frozen yogurt. At first I was super bummed because my husband said he looked it up and found a place near by for us to go enjoy some froyo, and when I came in everything looked like your typical shaved ice. Well, it was far from basic shaved ice. Apparently it's a condensed milk blend which makes it slightly sweet and creamy. It's still light and fluffy though, so the texture is AMAZING. I got the Hawaiian and me and the hubby shared a large. The portion looked huge, but it was actually an appropriate size for two people. The Hawaiian has mango, kiwi, strawberry and matching syrups. It was so good, I'm glad we accidentally found this place I will definitely be back!

Suno is so delicious and cute. I can tell it’s family own. The little girl is kind and give nice recommendations. I normally get one of the shave ice and boba milk tea as a combination. They used to have egg waffle , but now it’s waffle stick. I personal like the egg waffle better. My favorite drink is the Taro Coconut slush. I found that the flavor is a little light and color too. The ice is a little too much , like I cannot find any liquid from the slush. I hope they can improve it soon. Overall, this place is amazing!

Great prices on snow/fluffy shaved flavor ice, bubble drinks, smoothies, and other sweet treats! Base price on our large lychee snow was $4.25, plus fresh fruit toppings only 66 cents extra each. When we went, they were also offering free, generous small-sized "samples"!

We came here on a Saturday afternoon and the place had a few other parties there. Parking was easy out front and there was no line to order. They have a lot of things on their menu so we pondered it for some time before deciding. We ended up getting shaved ice and creating our own. It only a few minutes and we were enjoying or dessert. We did a build your own and the toppings were plentiful. The shaved ice itself was creamy and milky, not bland like some other places. They gave us multiple spoons so we could share. The interior has a decent amount of seating and they also have a freezer where they store your to-go orders if you call ahead. Just show up to the freezer and pick up your order.
