Back at my usual spot for pho & banh mi, but this time, my sis was the one craving it--not me. I wasn't really feeling it, so I just ate what she ordered. She got the large #1 combo pho, grilled pork with rice, combo banh mi, and Thai tea.
Overall, this visit was a 7/10. If you've been here before, you already know how the service is--servers running around like crazy, but they're super attentive.
Here's the breakdown:
* #1 Pho Combo - 6/10 The broth was kinda bland that night. Usually, it hits, but this time? Meh.
* Grilled Pork Plate - 9/10 Perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. Pair it with the pickled carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fish sauce? Absolute fire.
* Combo Banh Mi - 6/10 Ehh, it was just okay. Nothing too exciting.
* Thai Tea - 7/10 Loved the tall drink container (super cute), but the tea wasn't that sweet, and the boba was just alright.
Would I come back? Of course--this is still my spot! They stay open 'til 3AM, so it's always a solid late-night option. Guess it just depends on the day because different days = different flavors. Pull up and see for yourself!

I ordered shrimp medium. Well, the soup tastes good, but the noodles are too small. It was nice that the size M contained 7 shrimp and that they also refilled the bean sprouts. Even though it was small, it wasn't the amount of noodles that would have disappeared in two chopsticks, but it still tasted good and the shrimp were plentiful ?
Everything was good except the spring rolls were burnt.

After placing my order, I found out that it’d take over 40 minutes to cancel so I called immediately to try to cancel but the person on the phone told me that I’d have to do it on the website, and I couldn’t find the cancel button so I decided to leave it since I was working in my car aways. 45 minutes later, I walk on to pick up my food, and was told that my order was cancelled (which is crazy because they said they couldnt do it) and to call a number which which is the restaurant phone number and the money had left my account. No remorse from these people by the way. They ended up asking if I could wait 20 minutes to get it done which I decided to bcs it’s such a pain to dispute a charge and I had driven over an hour for this. Smh.
