Unifi's reputation is currently facing significant challenges due to operational issues. The individual responsible for overseeing operations should be held accountable for the current situation. It should not be difficult to coordinate a driver via phone once the doors are ready. Unfortunately, customers are being forced to wait outside for hours in unfavorable weather conditions, like animals which is unacceptable.

I rarely leave negative reviews but from the moment we walked in, the lack of customer service was shocking. We stood by the register ready to order while two employees were behind the counter texting, completely ignoring us. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just attitude.
When I asked if I order there, one of them mumbled “yes” without looking up, then when we were about to order she quickly told us to move to the next register with attitude and the other girl took our order and handed me the receipt without even glancing in my direction. Of course I left no tip—not for that level of disrespect!!!
Afterward, while we were waiting for our food they stood behind the counter chatting, and looking over at us—completely unprofessional and immature behavior.
This isn’t a high school hangout; it’s a business. And if the staff is going to treat paying customers like an inconvenience, it’s a serious reflection on management and training.
As for the food, the cake was dry and flavorless. The chipotle chicken sandwich was ok! Overall, nothing about this visit made me want to return.
I was genuinely excited to check out this place but it was a disappointment from start to finish. I won’t be coming back, and I hope the owners take a hard look at who they’ve chosen to represent their brand.

Great place to eat, great atmosphere, and amazing customer service, if you guys are hungry and want something good for a decent price try this place I highly recommend it! Also try there teas it’s also a refreshing drink on a hot day! I can’t wait to go back again soon!

I love this place! I take my son here and we come in when they first open usually around 10 a.m….. I bring my iPad books papers and I get alot of stuff done. ✅

I recommend the Egyptian Butter bread , perfect with coffee 😍, Violet which is a soft bun with taro in the center. My other top favorites are the spring onion, curry bun. It’s savory and the pairs well with the chai tea!

My recent visit to Sweet Hut Bakery in Duluth was extremely disappointing. The bulgogi sandwich I ordered came with a minuscule cucumber salad side. When I politely requested an alternative, the manager responded with notable rudeness and unprofessionalism. This negative encounter, coupled with the poor quality of the meal, ensures I will not be returning.
