The food was delicious! The honey biscuits were simply amazing! We went here before a concert at the Gas South arena - I would highly recommend others doing the same! Easy to make reservations and can park in the parking garage with a very short walk to the entrance to the arena. That made everything super convenient with traffic plus it was super cold out! This was a perfect choice for us all around!

Mahelet is the best!! she’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel welcome every single time. I always look for her when I stop by because she goes above and beyond to make sure everything’s perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Sweetsong is everything! The vibe, the aesthetic, the service : 10/10. Maria was amazing, super sweet and attentive, and the staff genuinely seems to love being there. Cocktails? Chef’s kiss. I had a lemon drop and the drinks are 🔥.
I went with the Fried Korean Bowl with salmon and took the waiter’s tip: less carrots, more cucumbers…. flavor explosion! Salmon cooked perfectly. Had the best girls’ night here and will definitely be back.

Despite being located in the upscale Westin hotel, SweetSong is anything but. It has the ambiance of a cafeteria, the noise level of Talladega on race day, and a menu that even Andrew Zimmern would find objectionable. The decor is austere and cheerless, creating an inhospitable atmosphere that would be appealing to an eremite were it not for the insufferable cacophony constantly assaulting the senses. The unbearable din created by the patrons, the adjacent bar, and the innumerable passersby reflects off the cold, bare walls and creates a skull-rattling echo throughout the expanse providing perverse irony to the name of the restaurant. Not satisfied with a mere cochlear assault, SweetSong provides a gustatory assault as well. The restaurant attempts to combine Southern and Korean cuisine. I have travelled to South Korea many times and love their food scene. Sadly, its interpretation at SweetSong falls far short. The flavor profiles on the dishes were way off (we tried the Kimchi Braised Short Ribs and the Patagonian Salmon Bibimbap), making them unpalatable. The only redeeming feature of SweetSong was its staff; they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. We will be returning to the Westin in the future (Lifetime Platinum Marriott members), but we will not dine there again.

The restaurant is nice. Music and other noises were good. We could Carry a conversation without screaming to each other. Our server was very nice. She was slow in bringing us water. The food; cheese board, meal, dessert and drinks took a long time to come to us. The place was a little busy but not extremely for our food to be late. We thought the food was good. It's convenient restaurant as it is closed to the arena and in the hotel.

I waited a week before writing this review as I wanted to remove my immediate feelings from the equation. I was with a group of 10 dining for lunch during a work function. Restaurant had a total of 12 guests including my group. The entire available staff found it very difficult to get drink orders delivered correctly and exceptionally difficult to deliver food, forgetting 2 members of our party completely. Food was good but not noteworthy. Note: nobody in our group ordered anything special or with special instructions.
