The food...I had wings, and they were fried entirely too hard...would have returned them, but I had already waited too long to get to not be able to eat!!!

Several of my local coworkers and I frequent Duluth Taco Mac throughout the week, especially for Taco Tuesday lunch specials or drinks after work. We (nearly) always have tremendous customer service, delicious food, and yummy drinks - and I can't say enough good things about Todd's excellent service at every turn! I love how he anticipates our needs, especially being repeat customers. Even the door greeter is friendly when acknowledging us and promptly seating us in his section each time. Feels like VIP treatment :)

Today we did something different and ordered catered box lunches for our full team. The care that they put in from calling us that morning, greeting upon arrival, writing each of our team member's names on the meal boxes, and then carrying everything to my car is just the best customer service, especially given the food industry environment here lately and for a franchise/chain. We were delighted to find there wasn't a single mistake with our orders for 16 folks, and it was ready at the exact time we asked, meaning everyone ate a hot meal back at the office!

Huge kudos to the team members and management that continuously "make our day" - Taco Mac Duluth is definitely a staple location for our group - thank you so so much!

I’ve had it with this location. I ordered through the Ubereats and this is how my food is delivered which is not the first time I’ve had an issue with my order. Who is in charge of to go? Who is teaching food safety and contamination prevention? I’m sure whoever fixed this probably didn’t even have gloves on let alone putting a to go dressing which I’m sure was in a container filled with other dressings that someone else filled then put on top of my salad like eww WTH then aluminum foil on top of it then not to mention the ketchup packets on top of my child’s meal. I will not be ordering from this location ever again! Use common sense!

My boyfriend and I visited to celebrate his master’s degree graduation, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was exceptional, the beer selection was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made our celebration even more special. Tyler, our server, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely sweet. She even surprised us with a complimentary dessert to mark the occasion, which was such a thoughtful touch. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

This was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. The Hispanic hostess at Taco Mac was disrespectful and dismissive. We asked for a booth, but she ignored us and gave us a table. Her refusal to provide basic customer service forced us to leave. This place is not worth it, and we’ll never come back.

"Arrey, what a terrible place this Taco Mac is! Last night, I went there thinking I will enjoy nice food, but it was such a bad experience. They did not even seat me! I was standing and saying, ‘Hello, excuse me, please,’ but nobody listened. One Hispanic lady, especially, was very rude—completely ignoring me like I was not even there! Such bad treatment, yaar. Very poor service and no respect for customers. I am telling everyone, don’t waste your time going here. Never again!"

my name baljeet .Me come America 4 days ago. I go taco mac yesterday but they treat me not good. They say illegal in my store and joke accent. I very hurt by Hispanic lady who said why u are the here. I go back to India because of rude service and mean Hispanic lady who said me is an illegal

I went here last night for my birthday with a party of 8 to treat my friends, first the lady ignored us and then she made us wait 20+ minutes when there were so many seats open. We asked for a booth where she said she set up the table already when all she did was set the menu. She then started talking to some other staff members and they were staring right at us continuously. When we tried to order no one took our order and when the staff. My friend was raising his hand for a while when they looked it and completely ignored any of our requests. Finally, we decided to leave because of how poorly we were treated.

Wouldn’t come here ever again because of the service. Made us wait almost an hour and didn’t even take our order. The staff made us uncomfortable.
