They served me ice cold burrito with chicken being cold in center. The waiter came after I flagged him and he just told me that’s how they serve it and made excuses. Never tried to make it good with me, or asked me if I wanted it remade, just if I wanted it to go, or order something else. I guess he wanted me to take it home to heat it up. Because he asked me if I wanted it to go. Seriously?Here is the thing, don’t take your customer for being dumb. I cook at home. I cook all the time. It’s not like I’ve never eat a Burrito before. You’re assuming that I am just dumb and that I am going to just accept your excuse. When you cook chicken it’s going to be at minimum warm in the center after several minutes. The second you brought the food out the sour cream and and pico de gallo is NOT going to make the meat cold that fast. Which is what he tried to convince me is wrong. I just didn’t know any better….Here is what you didn’t hear me say: The food was cold and was not enjoyable. I was hoping you’d make it right.Unacceptable way to talk to customer that are paying you and your ability to even have a business open.They ended up giving me the credit for the Burrito. Thank you. But I was really hoping to just enjoy my meal. That’s all.

As a “Mexican”, this place is very good. It’s hard to find a good meat (not cheap and fatty , or whitish color” and good salsas. This place has them both. They also have a bar( I don’t drink). But the place is clean. Friendly and VERY good tacos. Highly recommend

The only reason I keep coming back is the amazing service I am given by my server. He’s THE BEST. I don’t know what these reviews are talking about when criticizing him. I have nothing but great things to say about this young exceptional gentleman. Such a kind and genuine soul. I just feel the care and love he handles my food with when he brings it to me. I definitely always receive TOP NOTCH service from this gentleman. I would give a michelin star if I could just for him. Will keep coming every single week

I had 3 tacos. Carne Asada, Pork El Pastor, and Chorizo. Also rice and refried beans. The proteins where cooked nicely, with a little crispy texture while still being moist. Corn Tortillas also good quality and warmed up nicely. The rice and beans where average, not bad but like every other mediocre rice and beans I have had. I will come back for the tacos! Reasonable as far as price and clean. So close to Berkley lake.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s definitely wheel chair accessible.

Cute quaint place. Service poor as server stayed with head down on phone behind bar, had to get up to ask for water and salsa interrupting him. Food, shrimp fajitas was poor, as very hard rubbery shirmp that was very oily. Came with a few sauted oniosn and bell peppers, rice and beans, and shredded lettuce for $18. They charge for chips and salsa, $3, and chips thick, hard and just so so. When it came time for the check, when asking for it was told I could (get up) and come to counter. (although table in front of me the check was hand delivered) When I did not move fast enough it was brought to me as waiter stood and watched me while I did the tip. Will not be back.

Please I advise you,when you are in that spot, you need to have smile and be extra kind.I am not enforced to come to your place.Remember customer has a lot of options. Please do not forget your goals. Character is the fundamental for everything. This happens Saturday November 4 around lunch time. I personally will not come back.
