Came here for my one hour lunch break. Ordered a light lunch; pork dumplings & pork egg rolls. Really nice ambiance. Food was great.

Taste of china .. or you should call it taste of money ????? I would give zero star if I could . Maybe I didn't work hard enough ???? I can never imagine a sour cabbage fish can cost $90 .... lol what ? And the owner said because I look good so he gave me $10 off ?????? He said the fish is $40 / pounds Ewwww like what is this fish made of gold ? Are you being serious ? I didn't ask price because at first I didn't consider the price is a big deal they didn't mark the price in the menu or else I Would never order a ' gold fish ' like this . Today I'm totally disappointed because I only get 2 dish and it's $165 in total , and also the fish is plain and no flavor at all . I will never come back at all

The food was fantastic! Best Chinese we’ve had since moving to Georgia. Every dish was packed with flavor. We enjoyed the pork dumplings, Mongolian chicken, and Schezwan pork. Highly recommend!

Just saw other people review and I want to add here I tried to not think that what it is but it seems this place is RACIST, my husband is American he walked in first with our kids, and my mom and I go in after. My husband feel we not get service because we are not Chinese enough for them. I tried to not think that way but now I am.First time dining in and we are not impressed with the service and attitude. I am Chinese we go eat out to celebrate the Chinese New Year. I found this restaurant on the search so decided to give it a try. When arrived there, a couple of tables just left so they tried to clean the tables, it small restaurant. We wait by the door until one girl sits us down at the table right by the door. We got the menu, looked through it, and waited for someone to come so we could order drinks and food. We had been waiting for a while they seemed busy cleaning the other table about 20 minutes later, we still waiting, and the other two parties came in. They didn't make reservations like us. They have a menu and plates. Then 5 minutes later, the server lady go take their orders.Meanwhile, we still have not be able to order anything they totally ignored us. I have to call the guy that cleaning the table near by and let him know we been here for 30 minutes already and she has not come to get our order and just take other people first. So he call her....but this what she said "oh are you ready to order?" I told her yes and we been waiting and no one come to take orders. She said "oh I don't know, I go whomever call me first"I said " lhow you not know you saw us sit here before they come, you guys the one sit us on this table"Then she take our orders....I thought if the food was good I would let it go.The food is good, everything we ordered is good..... But ....when the first dish comes which is the Peking duck. And this is what she said " Here someone ordered it but I give you first okay" and repeated it two times with attitude.I have been I don't need that attitude and that is not how it is supposed to be if they learn how to manage the restaurant and take care of the customers by ordering who seats first, these issues will not happen from the beginning. If it is in different situations that other parties come later but are ready to order, that I understand. But in this situation, we have been waiting to order before they came and NO ONE came to take orders.

The food is great, but there are fewer and fewer small seats, but it doesn't affect it.

This was my inaugural visit to the restaurant, despite having frequented the plaza before. The interior design, evidently influenced by the Chinese owner, welcomed a predominantly Chinese clientele. The menu was considerately translated into Korean for ease of ordering. Opting for Korean-style Chinese dishes—Black Bean Noodles (짜장면) and House Fried Rice—the flavors were delightful, portions ample, yet the prices seemed steep, almost double the expected cost. While the experience was enjoyable, the pricing might deter a return for the same dishes.

The quality of the food was really good. We really enjoyed it but did not have many visits from the wait staff. Overall, we did enjoy our experience.

I love Taste of China food. I went this restaurant with my husband last. We both like it. So delicious.

As others have noted the food is good. Good, not great. A few dishes (minced pork and beans) were a bit over salted but I can't complain much about the food. But we called ahead for a reservation for Peking duck. We confirmed for Peking duck. It was Christmas, after all. And when we got here, no Peking duck. A few other items that appear on their website aren't in the menu either. No soup dumplings, for example, despite a picture. And the service was absolutely terrible. Slow, disjointed, unorganized. It took forever just to get water, drink service continued to be slow and it never improved. Food was very slow and came out in no logical order at all. The only instance of attentive service was when I asked for the check. It really doesn't matter how good a dish is. If it sits alone on the table next to an empty water glass and without any other sides, it's not a good dish. We will not be back.

As soon as i walked in i felt the racism! I waited to be seated however the staff clearly seen me but never acknowledged me but when a asian couple walked in they were greeted and seated and i was still never acknowledged.

Undoubtedly the best tasting Chinese food in Atlanta. Crispy roasted duck, lamb with vegetables and shrimp with broccoli were prepared for this lunch feast. Moderately priced this place is a jewel located in Duluth, Ga.
