This was my 1st visit to this store. It is cute, clean and has a small gathering room with gaming consoles. I ordered a brulee tornado and it was really good! I liked being able to pick my ice and sweetness level. That was a nice option because a lot of time these teas tend to be a little too sweet for me. I will definitely be back.

Not terrible but also not memorable. Acceptable drinks. Lots of seating areas though. Good place to hang out with friends. They have a special room with game console and even phone stand with lighting for those that like to post reels or short videos.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!The shop is cute, but the number of unavailable menu items and poor customer service seriously overshadowed the cuteness. When we walked in, there was one other family in the shop. As we were ordering at the kiosk, another group who clearly knew one of the workers walked in. We thought nothing of it when the worker told her friends not to order at the kiosk. After we completed our order, we sat down to wait for our drinks and food. Shortly after, the drinks for order #22 were ready. We were #21 but figured our order was taking longer because of the food. When they called #23, the cashier and one of the drink makers started looking at tickets and then at us. By the time #24 was called, the drink maker called my daughter over to ask if we had ordered. When my daughter told her the drinks and food we purchased, the worker responded, "Oh, we don't have any snacks. Who took your order?" When my daughter responded, we ordered at the kiosk. The worker stated you shouldn't have ordered at the kiosk it is having issues right now. My daughter said, "Really??? So if you are a friend of the cashier, you will get told about the kiosk, but unknown customers are on their own?". Very long story short...we spoke with the manager who stated they could not refund the order because they don't see the order. DESPITE my daughter handing her the paid receipt the kiosk just gave her. She is now having to dispute the charge on her card. Needless to say, we will not be back and do not recommend this place.

The drink was so good! I ordered the Ferrero Madness. The service was great! She was kind and waited for me to make my selection. Definitely going back again.

People are sleeping on this place! The most unique bubble tea flavors (I'm in love with their water chestnut popping pearls), and their fries were SO crispy!

Super cute place! Love that you can order, with the self ordering device. Super clean, nice relaxing café. Booth of our drinks were fresh and delicious. We had the Strawberry Oolong Tea and the Coconut Smoothie. It was my first time trying this kind of tea. It was obviously tea flavored with a hint of strawberry, and it had little tangy Boba that popped in your mouth as you drink. The coconut smoothie was super delicious. We truly did enjoy that! Nice experience. Refreshing treat. Will return.

Cool and inviting atmosphere! They have an "order here" station where you can just place your order on the big tablets and i really enjoyed my drink so I definitely will be returning!

$42 for five bobas that were the worst we have ever had. Salted Pineapple sounded yummy and instead was bitter with a strange flavor going on. The slushy texture was more of a watery foam. And to top it all off, it took 30 mins to get our drinks with no one else in line ahead of us. Never again. One positive, the girl at the counter was nice.

Great boba tea place! The workers are really nice and they got a lot of options to choose from. A lot of them are really interesting and something you don't see from other boba stores. Definitely try out the strawberry oolong tea if you love strawberries ?Dietary restrictions: They have oat and soy milk tea options if you're lactose intolerant!

Located on super busy Steve Reynolds Blvd in Duluth shopping center lot. There are several other eateries and shops in the area to enjoy so definitely worth the traffic. Not a lot of parking but big enough depending on day and time. Service was swift and friendly. Menu is expansive. Milk and Fruit teas, Slushes, Sparkling Teas...as well as snacks. Price point on par with most boba cafes. The decor is super cute and the seating is functional. I totally appreciated that they had areas if you wanted to openly socialize as well as be secluded. Not to mention a gaming room!!!! As far as the boba. I asked which was the most popular and was suggested to try the Flaming Crème Brûlée Milk Tea. I always try the first drink 'as-is' for the full experience (regular ice; regular sweetness). It was absolutely delicious. I can definitely see why it's a crowd favorite. It's sweet, creamy and has a soft salty after-note which is divine. Also the crisp brûlée bits gave it a caramel-y flavor that made this all the more crave worthy.
