rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Cafe Coffee by Hand was unacceptable. I ordered a pastry that turned out to have visible fungus growing on the bread—completely inedible and a serious health hazard.
When I brought it to the attention of the staff and asked to return it, instead of an apology or even basic courtesy, the employee responded with extreme rudeness and disrespect, as if I was at fault for pointing it out. There was zero accountability, no refund offered, and no concern for food safety.
This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but dangerous. I won’t be returning, and I strongly urge others to check your food carefully if you still decide to visit.

I came here on a friday night to hangout with my friends. One of my friends and I bought a plum tea but according to the owner ALL OF US have to buy something in order to be there. He was very rude about it and told us at the end of the day he is running a business which i understand but mind you 2 out of the 4 of us bought drinks. He didnt bother the rest of the customers and majority were asian. Other than that the atmosphere is cozy and the drinks were ok for the price. Would love to come back but unfortunately the owner messed up the experience for us. Hopefully he’ll change his attitude and mindset.

Unfortunately, after having come here many times, I believe I obtained food poisoning from some of their baked goods today. I haven’t generally had good experiences with their bingsu, so I will likely try to avoid their baked goods from here on out.

This place is still my favorite cafe! The very first time I walked in here, I felt as though I had stepped into a kdrama cafe. Sitting in here is always such a vibe! I have loved this place since my first visit! I always order the coconut boba, and the custard fish bread. Please check it out, and don't forget to bring a friend for maximum enjoyment! ;)

A busy cafe with a comfortable interior and big menu. There’s some rooms where there’s big leather sofa chairs for people to sit at but with a very small circle table. Those rooms are not ideal for studying but good for big groups and talking. It’s a bit cramped in there too. There’s a bunch of tables with pull out chairs where people tend to study, and there are outlets sporadically around: either in the wall or connected to the lights by the tree. Wifi is provided. The menu has a few interesting picks. I like how they had a tteokbkki and bingsoo combo. Coffee was decent, but not amazing. Parking can be limited or you may have to park further in the parking lot since it’s located in a big plaza. They play background music kind of loud, giving it a bustling atmosphere.

I recommend trying this large iced Americano with just 2 shots of espresso. If the acidity is just right, it will be a great iced Americano ?? (The large size usually contains 3 shots of espresso, but if you don't like bitter taste, try just 2 shots. It's best??)
Great atmosphere! Perfectly comfortable chairs for studying. They even have private rooms for study groups. Just a smidge on the pricer side with a slightly limited food menu, and didn't have any different boba options other than tapioca but all around a great experience. Will be back!

First time coming and decided to try a dirty chai... when they say chai milk, they seem to MEAN chai MILK flavored... it doesnt taste like a latte at all (on their menu it doesn't say chai latte, but I asked and they told me "yeah we do, so 1 chai milk?"... huh???). So I wouldn't recommend that if you want a dirty chai or just a regular chai. I do like the space and the vibes though... It's really nice for hangouts, studies, etc.
