My boyfriend and I had the multigrain bingsu with a side of tiramisu. The bingsu had too much ice but it was still enjoyable. It was crowded on a Saturday night and very lively. Overall, my boyfriend and I liked this cafe and would comeback!

The matcha soft serve in the waffle cone was amazing, as its easily the best I’ve had. Everyone working there was super nice, and the overall vibe was great. The manager even came over and gave me an extra cup of matcha soft serve, which was such a sweet surprise. Definitely a great experience. I’ll be coming here more often 😊

Got mini fish bread with custard and a paining turkey Chipotle sandwich very good. Wish there was little more pastries available. There was $1 coffee self service available and water available. Inside was clean and easy to talk to someone because music not loud. Nice to get some coffee, a bite honest while working.

I use to love coming here.. until one day I came in early for a regular ice Carmel macchiato. Bro they literally charge you if it’s ice or hot which to me is ridiculous. I’ve gone to many coffee shops bc I like trying new spots , but to be charged 50cents which is nothing , is still jaw dropping ! Coffee has gotten over priced that’s understandable, but for something so insignificant is not right to me. That’s my opinion. Glad we can leave reviews about opinions.If you ask them for a straw I’ll feel I’ll get billed . The coffee Is still decent, but I just choose to go elsewhere now. Thanks anyways
This a really nice place super friendly and lot of students spend time here because is super quiet crowd, we love the snow flakes icecream mango is our favorite, also the waffle with icecream and coffe with our friends .

What an amazing experience!! I walked into The Coffee by Hand & immediately embraced their wonderful aesthetic of organic tranquil vibes. But let me tell you Victoria is really the MVP here!! Not only does she have prestigious customer service but she will help you figure out the perfect coffee for you to enjoy while relaxing in their cozy comfortable environment. I was overly impressed with the iced white chocolate mocha cappuccino drizzled with caramel that she made for me and my colleagues were extremely impressed with their drinks as well. Highly recommending anyone Who is looking for an awesome coffee shop experience!!!

Absolutely amazing I've never taken someone here to try the bingsu and had them not love it. They're tteokbokki is also pretty solid. I've tried one of their drinks before and it was pretty good to but honestly I mainly come for the bingsu especially the mango and strawberry bingsus and everytime it's soooo worth it! By far the absolute best bingsu I've had and I've tried a lot of places in duluth but nothing comes close to how good the one here is. Oh also the atmosphere/seating area is so nice for both hanging with friends and studying.

Ever since I tried this place out, this is my go-to spot for bingsu. The fruits used for the bingsu is very fresh and they actually layer the condensed milk throughout the ice, similar to cake layering, instead of a mountain of ice with flavoring only on top. Each bite was full of flavor.
