Workers were trainees and were absolutely chaotic.. kept asking what topping I wanted over and over again. Probably told them over 5 times.. the manager apologized saying they were training. Which I understood. But in the end, they forgot my falafel order which I had to wait for and then they forgot to pack my hummus which I paid $7 for.. Chicken wrap and steak bowl were okay but the falafel was super small and dry. Not worth the price. The bowl came with pita bread and they were very dry and stale.
It’s in a strip mall so parking nearby can be limited, but there’s more spots in front of Kroger. The interior isn’t pretentious and simply functional, everything (chairs, tables, restrooms etc) is clean. The food offered is similar to other branches and the quality & taste is still pretty good. Value is alright considering that almost everything is going up in prices these days, at least they didn’t decrease the amount of stuff they put in the platter. Staff was polite and the service was fast.
The food is always good and the restaurant is always clean.
It's unique!
Today I go over there food is amazing.
I meet two guys thair they are very good person .
My wife and I stopped for lunch, had the gyro platter and the combo. The place was clean and service was OK. i feel like the flavors of the food was toned down a little for American palettes. Still it was fresh and hot so I'd probably return!
This is probably the second time this has happened to me that I called ahead and asked what time they close and drove all the way an hour before they close only to find out “platters” are out. The last time, chicken was out. I mean wouldn’t it be nice to just know this information over the phone when I called? The 2 employees kept whispering to each other and saying it will take us 30 minutes to make the rice and it is almost closing time. I mean an HOUR before closing time is not closing time!!! They just didn’t wanna do the work. We were 4 people and we had 2 more people behind us wanting the platters too! We all walked out with no food. Come on guys, you can do better than this! As much as I love the food, this is the second time it happened to me and I don’t think i will be driving there again but wanted the management to take notice of this. An hour before closing time is not almost closing time and if your employees don’t want to work that last hour than might as well just close the doors at 10pm. Very disappointing!
Workers were rude and didn’t even greet nor smile. Had the audacity to tap the screen for a tip and didn’t even say thank you nor say anything after taking my food.
Trashy place Trashy Service Mediocre Food
I was served by a really sweet person. Kind and helpful. The food however is really disappointing. For $14+ it’s really average and not as fresh as I was hoping. You’d be better off to go somewhere like Cava.
I hope to see you do well and improve! I hate that it wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be.

I ordered a chicken platter and there was barely chicken in it. The platter was stuffed with rice and salad. $12+ for this crap is just being greedy.

9/11/24 I went to the duluth location for 12 wings and a regular combo platter with extra protein. I've been going to Halal guys since 2017 and this is the best I've had since 2017 at the Chamblee location. Nasir(the manager) is the best. Hes kind. Has good conversation and he cares about the product. He sauced up my wings to utter perfection. The wings are crispy, seasoned, and full of flavor! The combo platter with bbq chicken(Nasir suggestion) was amazing! I'm so glad he made the order. I felt comfortable and I will definitely return for the amazing food and great service

Decent Gyro. Meat was not fresh grilled, it sat in container. So they can make them fast. It was $20.96 for a gyro, fries and a medium coke. I thought it was over priced

WORST WORST WORST!!!! I got into this location at 10:37 PM and ordered a couple bowls. The one with BBQ chicken was the the worst as the meat was ice cold. We asked for a BBQ SPICED PITA and one of the guys said that they cannot serve it as they have already cleaned the grill and they close at 12:00 AM. I had a bowl with meat and the server put jalapeños by mistake in my bowl and I asked him to take it out and instead of throwing them in the bin HE PUT IT BACK IN THE CONTAINER AND WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT IT HE SAID THAT NOBODY WILL KNOW. GUYS NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION they care $14 per bowl but the quality is just straight trash. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
