I used to love coming here because it is family friendly and very pretty outside! However, my boyfriend (who is seriously 22) decides to order a drink. They ID'd him and again, he is 22, although he does look young. They were debating if it is a fake ID but eventually serve him. We sit down to hangout and they come and ID me...I wasn't drinking so I say "Oh I am not drinking" and then this rude lady proceeds to tell me that it is a bar and if you aren't over 21 you can't be in here. I looked around and saw children everywhere. On top of that, this was the Fall Festival which is a huge deal in Duluth. I started crying because I have never experienced this terrible of service! We then go outside and hangout at the wall nextdoor and the other employee who works there that is a guy chimes in and says "I'll believe it when I see it" to when my boyfriend was trying to calm me down. Terrible Terrible service, I won't be going back. To whomever that lady and guy were, you both are some of the rudest people I have ever met. I cried over how rude you were even though I genuinely was just sitting there, I am sorry if you had a bad day and I know the festivals get busy but wow! Genuinely so rude, next time, just bring the cops over so that they can scan HIS ID if you seriously thought it was fake.

I recently visited Truck & Tap Duluth and had an unfortunate experience. I ordered a single beer, which was priced reasonably on the menu. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I was shocked to see that I had been overcharged.
I reached out to the bar's management to resolve the issue, but I’ve yet to receive a return phone call.
I hope this review serves as a heads-up for others and encourages the establishment to address their billing practices.

I stumbled upon Truck & Tap in Duluth while exploring downtown and was immediately drawn in by the live band playing that night. The atmosphere was fantastic—lively yet relaxed, with friendly patrons all around. We decided to stop in for some cocktails and enjoy the music, and it turned out to be a great choice. The bartenders were attentive, and the drinks were well-made.
Although we didn’t get a chance to try the food from the food truck this time, the overall experience was so enjoyable that we’re already planning our next visit to sample the food. If you’re looking for a place with great vibes, live music, and a good selection of drinks, Truck & Tap is definitely worth checking out!

Live music on Saturday night, the band was great. Just a really cool atmosphere, laid-back, the staff was great. It was a cheesesteak food truck that was there at the time,
I think it's safe to say you could count on something good being there whenever you go. And if not, there are other great restaurants, couple doors down, grab a slice of pizza bring it back with you and have a beer or a cocktail

Warning: Be careful with this trash. Staffs will charge with a huge tip for a cup of beer. It's almost like they charge drinks based on who is buying it. They check ID for protecting themselves, you must check your receipt for protecting your pocket please. Otherwise you will be the next victim.

Very nice spot to have a drink. They have mist going on the patio which helps with the heat. Special events like trivia and the surrounding Duluth area keep me coming back. They don't have a kitchen and rely on food trucks which some people like but I'm not a fan of 5 dollar tacos haha. There's plenty of other places to get different food in Duluth though so just grab a beer to go ?
