A wide variety of customizable tea and boba drinks with so many options. It could be overwhelming if you aren't sure what you like. The good news is the employees are willing to answer questions and make recommendations. Highly recommend the jasmine milk tea with lycee jellies.

Ordered 3 tiramisu milk teas with tapioca for my family and found a live wormy maggotesque bug crawling out of my drink from outside the straw… I was told that they were out of the cream they normally use and asked if it was alright to use an alternative (I agreed) so perhaps this was the cause. I came here years ago and got really sick after having a taro milk tea. This experience validated my initial concerns from that instance. I hope this place can do better.

Decent bubble tea, but service isn't the best.
If you are coming to Jusgo to run your errands, getting your drink from here to glide through the store is a must. Had the Jasmine-lemon-Jade, it was so refreshing and delicious. Best part you could choose number of ice you want in your drink, to the amount of sugar you prefer and tons of other customization available aswell. Can’t wait to try other drinks soon.
We love it here. We live an hour away but make the drive for the Boba drinks and the popcorn chicken. Soooooooo gooooooood.

I ordered braised pork rice but no cutlery was given. I had to ask the waiter to get it. His attitude was bad and impatient. The rice was overnight rice (hard)! !

The girl at the front desk has such a bad attitude. Today I felt like I was disturbing her and her friends by buying milk tea.
