Hibachi for family outing. Service was abysmal! Management and Server didn’t care at all! Management threw the server under the bus saying they lost the “ticket”…despite voicing our concerns about the absurd wait for food and neglectful service management figures blaming the server made everything okay… so not even an sincere effort by the staff to appease anyone that they disappointed.

The restaurant looks really good and we expect a good service and food, unfortunately we don't get a good experience, we order just two plates, all the tables around get their plates but we just receive one of them wich I really didn't enjoy because it didn't taste good, for that price you definitely can find better restaurants in the area.

Atmosphere was lively and staff were helpful and friendly. The robot waiters are always fun but can be a little confusing for first time folks. We ate/drank til our bellies were full and then had a little more. Would gladly return and try more of the menu.

I have been a regular customer here since its opening, but the last dinner on 12/30 was the worst because the server demanded a 20% tip. We gave her a $12 tip, and she insisted—repeatedly, three times—that it should be around $29. This was for a party of 4. Her service was minimal, limited to taking orders, and while the hibachi chef's food wasn’t as exceptional as previous visits, we don't hold it against him. Our frustration lies with the rude and unprofessional server, which made the experience very disappointing.

Sushi arrived in a container 3 time bigger than necessary and everything was spoiling. As if sprayed with a decaying agent. Not to mention the delivery notices were very delaying so much and it arrived with all the sushi fallen on 1 side of the oversized container. Complete disgrace to food service anywhere.
And the owner just gaslights customers claiming the eel sauce must've confused my silly little head. And must've been the driver who left the order in "still working" even though that's the merchants job. Zero accountability and completely fine blaming customers for his poorly run establishment. Justin B. Or whoever.

Beat sushi we’ve had in a while. I had the pink lady roll, loved it. And the teriyaki noodles were deliciously flavored. We sat at a table instead of hibachi. Lovely experience
