The Food was ok, the service was horrible, I mean grits were ordered and then cold by the time they hit the table and the only thing the server said when told about it was that they didn't have a microwave. If it couldn't get any worse we were one of 3 tables in the place and no one waiting for a seat but we were asked how long were we going to be? Couldn't believe it. Out with my 84 and 87 year old parents and my partner while they were visiting and we love Waffle House usually. This one sucked!!!! Not recommending this one

I visited this location tonight on a Wednesday evening and experienced racial discrimination. I have lived here 4 years and usually go to this location and have never had any issues with until now.
I was served by an employee named Kyrstopher, who never greeted me or acknowledged me when I walked in. Throughout my visit, I had to repeatedly ask for basic things like CLEAN silverware, a straw, and my drink—none of which were provided correctly the first time or at all. He never checked on me once during the entire hour I was there.
However, when three male customers of his same race came in, his behavior changed completely. He greeted them warmly, checked on them multiple times, and immediately corrected a drink he had forgotten to bring them. Later, another customer of color came in, and once again, he did not greet or engage with them either. That customer clearly noticed the difference and decided to also leave.
The difference in how he treated customers based on race was noticeable, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. I felt dismissed, ignored, and unwelcome. I normally tip generously and enjoy this location, but tonight’s experience was deeply disappointing. If this type of behavior continues from Krystopher or any other team members, I will no longer feel comfortable returning.
This experience felt racially motivated, and I hope management takes it seriously. Professionalism and equal treatment should be standard for every customer who walks through the door.

Only one server and the cook and they still deliver a great meal and a wonderful service. Dealing with a super busy night and annoying customers.
This Waffle House changed my view on efficiency. They served me a BLT (which wasn’t even on the menu) and the best hashbrowns I have ever had in 3 minutes. One cook was determined, I mean I never even saw his face because he was so into the food, he never wrote down the order, he managed to remember all three of our orders and never made a single mistake. 10/10. EDIT: came back and the same cook who made my meal last time was still there for breakfast (I had dinner last time) the food was amazing like normal. Also If anyone see’s the cook with a not full hat like the one that doesn’t have a top, tell him I said hi. Coming back.

Haven’t had Waffle House in ages and decided to stop in to get the Texas Bacon Chucken Melt with smothered and covered hashbrowns…. And WOW. It was just as good as I remembered— idk what they do to their chicken but it’s always to juicy and delicious
