I’ve been placing online orders with this establishment and have been tipping as well with each order. The food is never ready even 10 minutes after it’s supposed to be ready and this is the 3rd time I’ve dealt with issues with online take-out orders. I rather DoorDash from somewhere else instead of ordering take-out from here.

You just can't beat waffle House, the food was good the service was great and a wonderful experience is always
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve been to plenty of Waffle Houses, but this one was by far the most disgusting I’ve ever stepped foot in.
First, the cleanliness—there was none. But the real nightmare was the staff. One employee was standing around with their hands inside their pants—yes, you read that right. Meanwhile, the cook was wearing gloves, but it didn’t matter because he kept using them to pull up his pants before touching food without changing them.
At that point, I lost my appetite. I couldn’t bring myself to order anything, and honestly, I wouldn’t eat here if you paid me. Management clearly doesn’t care about hygiene or food safety, and it’s a miracle this place is still open.
Save yourself the nausea and go literally anywhere else.

Waffle House must be profit-sharing with their chefs now? Texas Bacon Cheesesteak melt came out burnt. When I asked to have it remade, they put less than an ounce of total meat. When questioned about the portion, chef laughed and walked to the back. So I just finished my hash brown and left.
I know we shouldn’t expect much from Waffle House, but still seems a bit unacceptable.
Server was kind, attempted to get him to remake it a second time - with no success.

The food is consistently good at Waffle House. The biggest differences come in the cleanliness, service, and atmosphere. This Waffle House was clean, our waitress was good, and the atmosphere was good (it was a weekend morning, so it was the crowd you'd expect).
