Wait...great. Food...great. Cleanliness...awesome. They ran out of gravy. At 8am. ? The only problem I had was watching the cook make the food and every few seconds, picking up her phone and scrolling through social media. With the gloves on!! The phone was even just resting on the counter where the food is!! Unbelievable.

Ordered Bacon well and it was burnt. When I asked for it to be remade the server and cook both started to go back and forth that it was good bacon and cooked well. I wanted to send it back a third time but did not feel it was worth the effort. One of the worst experiences I've had at this location. We where the only ones here how they don't know the difference between well and burnt is crazy. The waitress also could care less about our service. She was more Interested in her music from her ear pods in her ear and humming away I guess. If I could give it Zero star I would.

First time dining at Waffle House and staff were super friendly, southern hospitality vibes. Food was cooked in front of you and served quickly. Hashbrown was crispy and egg cooked perfectly sunny side up. Don't forget their sweet tea to go!

Never will I ever go here again the cooks could had cared about me less in the back smoking what smelled of marijuana when he came back in instead of cooking for me he played around with another server and ignored my server. This place is trash every time I’ve been it’s always a negative experience!!! Close this place down for good!!!!

Location is always packed full of customers and they always get the order right even if I ordered something crazy.
I paid for food and tip for take out only not to receive what I asked for. The server was too busy bragging about the person she is and asking customers personal questions rather than making sure my order was made properly. I overheard her tell the person making the order to put cheese on my eggs, he said he did… I thought I heard one customer say he didn’t ( I was sitting out of sight) but I assumed he later put it on. I paid 15$ and $2.00 tip and she knowingly overcharged me.

This has to be one of the dirtiest waffle houses in Duluth. The service was awful the food was disgusting the floors were filthy the one waitress was sitting at the bar eating while this place looked like a dump!!!!
