Food is done very well; always as requested including the over medium eggs which are skillfully perfect and never overcooked! Chefs Gabe and Elliott are the best and the food is delicious. Wait staff are friendly, courteous and recheck on your needs throughout your visit. The restaurant was recently renovated and it’s kept clean and neat. I go out of my way to visit this Waffle House. Kudos to everyone!
The main issue was the fact that they have forgotten to give me the drink I have ordered 2 times. Other than that, over all it’s great! The employees are very kind and respectful. Although, in my last visit, it was crowded because of an event at the gas south arena. And there were only 2 workers!! I waited 1 hour just for them to take my order and then waited 30-40 minutes for my meal.
The food was amazing. It took them about 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence, but I wasn't too upset because I made an online order, and I could see the cook still working on my food. I only mentioned this because another customer might not have been as understanding. But the food was 🔥
