This was absolutely disgusting service. They missed my entire order and only put two fries in the bag. I paid full price, service fees, and tipped, and they couldn’t even bother to put my actual food in.

Even worse, my Hispanic driver told me they were rude and racist to him at pickup, and honestly it feels like they did this intentionally because my name is Hispanic too. That is beyond unacceptable.

You’re scamming customers, treating drivers like garbage, and being blatantly racist. I will never order from this location again and I hope corporate sees how disgraceful this is. I have documented proof, and will be reporting this further up.

This Wendys has come a long way. We hadn't been to the location in a long time because service was slow and our order was often wrong. Imagine my surprise when we got amazing service, hot food, a 100% correct order, and a friendly face.

Everything about this Wendy’s isn’t right !!! Managers can’t even communicate with there workers and not only with the food ! Bad customer management service. My husband missed a day of work due to only given 3 hours of work. 3 hours isn’t going to help pay a bill with this economy especially being the last week before rent! Proof of trying to get more hours and have an open availability just not for night. Nakeit, Makeita manager can’t even respond to her workers when they ask for more hours or see the availability I asked for him. What a joke ! Only puts him on the schedule when it’s convenient or early Wednesday to HELP unload there prodoucts! If I had been in his position I would have filed lawsuit honestly, and not because of the way his schedule manager was but because me as his wife isn’t going to get evicted! Gladly I have a job where my schedule is a year ahead of me and there way more professional than this !!!! Wendy’s do better with who yall hire as managers !!!!

Absolutely terrible service not one person acknowledged our existence when we walked in the door and stood at the front counter. The black guy has the manager wouldn’t even look at us and he knew we were there. No one acknowledged us for a good seven minutes and then we decided to walk out.

I only purchased a smedium milkshake. I hate fast food from any fast food restaurants. It's all pure junk. Lousy taste, no taste,
too much or nit enough salt. No seasoning on the food. A waste of good money.

Atmosphere is 5 star because it’s nice clean air and relaxing feel when you enter the building as well as it’s very clean from inside out furthermore I have been to this particular restaurant a few times and normally I get a welcoming greeting nevertheless this time the lady who greeted me gave off pure attitude to me the 2 customers who were before me which was 2 lady’s got a warm pleasant greeting along with a welcoming smile after they finished their order was ready less than 2 mins I let the gentleman go ahead of me again very nice greeting to him as well after taking his order and I approached she instantly walked away before ever acknowledging my presence moving forward once she finally got to me I showed her my app so I am able to get my points before paying because it says to scan before paying she’s like what is that I responded it’s the app so I can get my points she says what’s that for I said a large lemonade she rudely responded is that all I said I would like a Md vanilla frosty as well NOT TO Mention from MY POINT OF VIEW it would appear that her finger was in my frosty as she was closing it walking towards me SHE DIDNT WASH her hands or anything which I would expect after dealing with cash before making a persons drink I HAVE LITERALLY worked in 6 different FOOD ENVIRONMENTS and outside of kindness CLEANLINESS is VERY important when dealing with someone’s drinks especially after dealing with CASH my RECEIPT says her name is Rosaura However idk how they operate there system OUTSIDE OF THAT like I said I have been here a few times before breakfast as well and this is my first time having this issue I DIDNT GO TO MANAGEMENT because the review will speak for itself and if need be I’m more than sure the cameras can prove how she was when it came to me in particular ASSUMING THEY WORK
