Atmosphere is 5 star because it’s nice clean air and relaxing feel when you enter the building as well as it’s very clean from inside out furthermore I have been to this particular restaurant a few times and normally I get a welcoming greeting nevertheless this time the lady who greeted me gave off pure attitude to me the 2 customers who were before me which was 2 lady’s got a warm pleasant greeting along with a welcoming smile after they finished their order was ready less than 2 mins I let the gentleman go ahead of me again very nice greeting to him as well after taking his order and I approached she instantly walked away before ever acknowledging my presence moving forward once she finally got to me I showed her my app so I am able to get my points before paying because it says to scan before paying she’s like what is that I responded it’s the app so I can get my points she says what’s that for I said a large lemonade she rudely responded is that all I said I would like a Md vanilla frosty as well NOT TO Mention from MY POINT OF VIEW it would appear that her finger was in my frosty as she was closing it walking towards me SHE DIDNT WASH her hands or anything which I would expect after dealing with cash before making a persons drink I HAVE LITERALLY worked in 6 different FOOD ENVIRONMENTS and outside of kindness CLEANLINESS is VERY important when dealing with someone’s drinks especially after dealing with CASH my RECEIPT says her name is Rosaura However idk how they operate there system OUTSIDE OF THAT like I said I have been here a few times before breakfast as well and this is my first time having this issue I DIDNT GO TO MANAGEMENT because the review will speak for itself and if need be I’m more than sure the cameras can prove how she was when it came to me in particular ASSUMING THEY WORK

Their service is worse than that, the people who work there seem to be forced to do it, I don't recommend visiting this store. Manager: A little more care with the people who hire customer service in a food store is everything...

So today I did a mobile order I had an appointment over there and I came this Wendy’s my food was cold and most Wendy’s wait til you arrive where’s it hot my Coke Zero didn’t taste like Coke Zero and my sandwich was slopped together and the driver through lady didn’t ask us if we needed anything else . Because traffic was bad I ate it anyways instead of asking for them to remake it cause she already had an attitude not to mention my ice was melted in the cup . If you don’t like where u work don’t work there when people come through your place of business we are polite it would be nice if we got the same respect back there was no thank you for coming do you need anything else .

Order on mobile for a break fast order in drive thru with more than enough time for it to be ready when I get here. It wasn’t ready and my fries were cold which I was confused about since I still had to wait for my order once I got here.

Stopped here to get breakfast since I was making good time on my way to work and that was a mistake waited 20 minutes for a plain chicken biscuit just for me to arrive late for work and then to find out they gave me the wrong order. Highly dissatisfied.

I visited the Wendy's on Pleasant Hill and ordered 4 Crispy Chicken Sandwiches for dinner. When I reached home and opened my package, I found only 2 Sandwiches. I called the store and asked for the manager, because this was the 3rd occasion when I have had the same experience where I pay for my full order, and don't receive what I paid for. The lady who answered was Maria and she claimed to be the manager of the store. She was unapologetic and asked me to drive down to the store. I told her that I was not able to drive down since I live far away from that location. Ms. Maria just hung up on me. After that I tried calling several times, but she would keep disconnecting my calls. This is very unprofessional. The reason for my call was because I had this experience not for the 1st or 2nd time, but for the 3rd time. The least that someone can do when they do something wrong is to be genuinely sorry. I hope someone from the management team actually reads my post and does something about the work ethics & unprofessional behavior of their employees.

I ordered a mobile order to come down the street, and food and service was TRASH!! Order was cold when received. Drink was the wrong order, nuggets were hard. We were highly disappointed in this experience, the person delivering was rude. Will not return to this location in the future. Management do better.

Forgot my food in the bag. Thats not the issue, the issue is driving all the way back and getting treated like I’m the problem. It’s not even worth my time since its fast food, but if you can’t do the small things right you can’t do the big things right. Rude manager.

It’s weird that they only take cash for to go orders and make you go inside to order
It’s been many times that I try to order at the drive thru and it’s usually the same lady who the first thing she says is “ we only accepting cash, if you want to order you have to go inside

Not accusing anybody but it looks like they just not ringing the orders in and trying to make some extra cash

Crazy thing the service came from the manager ?. I rather go elsewhere and spend my money. Owner should rethink who's running his restaurant.
