Every time I order something, something is replaced or missing entirely. No communication through Wendy’s or uber or uber driver saying anything and left to deal with it afterwards. Completely unacceptable and unnecessary to keep dealing with it constantly.

The attendant was very friendly, food was hot and top quality as well! The new orange Creamsicle frosty is delicious and tastes just like an afternoon on the summer porch from your childhood. Very yummy! No photos because I devoured everything!

This place was too slow to be serving cold food. My spicy chicken sandwich felt like it had been sitting out for a minute. So I guess i have to request for hot/warm food. The fries weren't fresh either like they claim they should be. Gonna have to say that's false advertisement.

They said they were out of honey mustard, but then when I came inside an asked someone he handed me a honey mustard . now today I come in and they’re out of fries. Idk if that was also a lie but It’s no point of coming here.

I think this branch has a pretty decent atmosphere.They allegedly said it's out of their role. Music, however, sounds too loud.Plus, that even causes the communication problem between co-workers. It's because they also cannot get others voice clearly.

Service is just meh. The iced tea was barely more than water. Someone here overlooks the hell out of their patties, too. If it's got a timer, it ain't right or the heat is way too high.

Parents, raise your kids so us adults who simply want some cookies from a fast food restaurant don’t have to. This was my first and last time patronizing this location. What I guess was the manager, and the drive-thru cashier were rude, short and dismissive when I asked a few questions to ensure I didn’t waste my time and money on some old, dried-out, crunchy cookies.Their excuse was that they have to keep the line moving, but there was not a soul in the drive-thru with me. All of us with some sense know that the reality is that most of them hate their jobs and have zero customer service skills, so when you ask them anything that requires more than a punch of promps on a screen, they get irate, and that’s not my problem, but asking a couple questions because I’m blindly ordering from a place where I can’t see the sanitation grade until it’s time to pay at the window, and I don’t know if my order was comprehended correctly until after I’ve paid, is.I got to the window, paid for one cookie, felt it was soft and then asked to buy 5 for $5, which is what I told the drivethru cashier I was going to do while I was still at the outdoor intercom placing my original order. If she were actually listening instead of cutting me off to say “Anything else?” every 2 seconds, she would’ve heard me. While I waited for the cookies I asked the manager if everything was ok— she was also standing there looking like she was ready for battle, ? and she claimed that they just needed to keep the imaginary/nonexistent line at that time, moving. I said, “Ok, well I’m just waiting to pay, and then I’d love to move on with my day…”—all the while I’m holding my phone out waiting for the cashier to take it so I could Apple Pay like I’d just done… The manager got upset because she thought she was going to talk to me like I was one of her little friends, and I had to let her know I’m not the one through ten.The manager then proceeded to take out her life frustrations and lack of smoke break on me, and tell the drivethru cashier not to complete my order so I simply pulled up, parked, and went into the dead/dry lobby and placed my order with the lobby cashier. It was quiet, calm, cool, and peaceful then… My cookies were soft, and that same manager had to put in her credentials for the lobby cashier to complete for my order. So for that I’m leaving two stars. ✌?

My child and I were just cussed out by the hefty Hispanic female and the manly black American female with dreadlocks all for asking for honey mustard and bbq sauce at the window instead of at the drive thru order area. I called and left a message on the answering machine for the manager.

Went to this Wendy’s drive through today to order two simple combo meals. During the ordering process heard employees using file curse words in the background. Then the food quality was horrible. My chicken wrap did not include any lettuce and too much ranch sauce, the fries taste like they were two days old and burger was sloppy, Tasted old. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone do not purchase food here. Go across the street to McDonald’s instead.

Check.Blew me off when I called to complain? Check.Don't get me wrong, there are far worse Wendy's out there. I'm a regular to this location and this is the second bad experience in less than a week. ?
