I went through the drive thru today on my lunch break. I was extremely happy to hear the new manager’s voice on the speaker. I voiced a minor concern at the speaker. I am happy to say that by the time that I arrived at the window, the manager (Chay) had resolved the issue. His exact words were that he wants to keep his customers happy so that they keep coming back! ( Hallelujah) Finally a manager that gives a damn about his job and is willing and able to provide excellent customer service. A big shout out to Chay for making a difference. I also notice that the food was fresher than normal. Hot fries!!! I have faith that Chay is going to continue to make a positive impact on this Wendy’s location. I feel like his positive attitude will trickle down to all of the employees and will improve morale! Shout out to Chay!

I just ordered off of DoorDash. I got four spicy chicken nuggets and some cheese fries. I only got one of the chicken nuggets. The fries aren’t even done and they threw in almost 50 packs of ketchup to make the bag heavy. Don’t give them no business

I was going to order on the app on e I got seated, situated, & had a chance to look over the menu. Im not familiar with their breakfast menu. I hadn't even set down before the old black tall manager literally shouted at me, "YOU VANT DO THAT! YOU HAVE TO ORDER SOMETHING! YOU CANT JUST SIT THERE!" I got up & left immediately! I'm not giving my money to a place like this...There is no telling what the might do to my food!
