I just ordered off of DoorDash. I got four spicy chicken nuggets and some cheese fries. I only got one of the chicken nuggets. The fries aren’t even done and they threw in almost 50 packs of ketchup to make the bag heavy. Don’t give them no business

I was going to order on the app on e I got seated, situated, & had a chance to look over the menu. Im not familiar with their breakfast menu. I hadn't even set down before the old black tall manager literally shouted at me, "YOU VANT DO THAT! YOU HAVE TO ORDER SOMETHING! YOU CANT JUST SIT THERE!" I got up & left immediately! I'm not giving my money to a place like this...There is no telling what the might do to my food!

It was no line around 12:30pm Saturday so that was good. When I got the food the fries were cold and was brown. The manager wasn’t friendly and though we all got biggies bags we got no sauce. I had to go get sauce and eat cold fries. They knew they gave us cold fries and it wasn’t fresh. The only plus was the store was very clean. Besides that I feel it was a waste of my money.

This Wendy’s location is truly a hit or miss. Every time I visit, I have to ask for fresh fries because the ones they serve are often cold. The spicy nuggets are usually hard and cold, which makes me think they don’t get ordered often and just sit around. The Baconator I ordered had clearly been reheated—the meat wasn’t fresh at all. It seems like they leave food sitting until customers order, then just warm it back up instead of making it fresh.
The drive-thru is also painfully slow. They take one order at a time, even when the place isn’t busy. I get that they might be trying to reduce waste, but fresh food should be a priority. People can get sick if food isn’t handled properly, and I honestly don’t think they are following the proper rules for keeping and discarding food. Wendy’s can do better!
