The fries were served lukewarm and the bacon burger was the worst I’ve ever tasted. I took one bite of the burger and a couple of fries before returning the whole order for a full refund. The lemonade tasted like it came from a package that was mixed with water and artificial sweetener. On top of that, I waited in the drive through line for 10-15 minutes before my order was delivered. They take your money first though to make sure you don’t drive off. I’m never going back to any location. The prices are too high for the product and service (or lack thereof). Fast food is a joke!

Don’t order on the app unless you want your order to be canceled unexpectedly, multiple times & without any explanation because nobody can tell you why. The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

So I actually love Whataburger, however the one closest to my house in Acworth Georgia is the slowest location I’ve ever seen. At first I thought it was because it was new and employees have to be trained and such. But it’s been open for a good while now and it hasn’t changed. Waiting 20-25 minutes to get your food in the drive thru is an every visit thing, and to make matters worse they aren’t even friendly much less apologetic. This is not Whataburger standards, every other location is so much better

I went to get a bite to eat from this place for breakfast they the drive thru. My order was taken and I pulled forward to the window. I was greeted by a smiling happy beautiful lady named Pam. She was so kind and happily handed me my order after payment. I will come back just because of her kindness. Keep up the good work. You never know who’s day you’re making 🥰
