In the past, I have had a good experience here when I go inside the store. However, there have been times when the store has closed without notice which has ruined my plans for eating here and my order gets messed up here and there. Still tastes pretty good though.Recently, due to Covid, I prefer curbside pickup options. When ordering it says to just call the store for curbside pickup. When I called this store, the associate on the phone just told me "uhh...just walk in and pick it up." I told them the site says to call for curbside, but he had nothing more to say other than come and get it yourself. If he had told me he was the only person there, then I might have been okay with it, but I was provided with no reason for not following the curbside pickup option. Why is it posted on the site that you provide that option if no one will honor it? What if I was a person with increased risk for Covid? What would I do then? Will not be coming back here any time soon.

First time here. Ordered the Superfoodwich, which includes quinoa. They made this wrap with uncooked quinoa. Or maybe it was once cooked but that was so long ago that it has reverted to its hard, dry state. Or maybe it's just sesame seeds. Bad in any case. Probably would be great if prepared properly. Will try something else next time.
I prefer the taste and quality of Which Wich over Subway any day of the week

Arrived at 8:45. The open sign was still on, but they we already closed. He did offer to make a salad for me, but I had made a special trip to get my birthday sandwich. Extremely disappointed. ?

Their app let me order and pay for a sandwich when they were closed! I've contacted support twice but after two weeks still no resolution or even response.
