I been in a sub sandwich mood lately and decided to try Which is Which out. The last time I had them was waaaay back in probably 2017 at the Lenox location. I will say this is probably the 2nd best place for a sub. 1st is Jersey Mike's... lol. Nonetheless, I ordered 3xs within the last week, and each time was absolutely delicious! The bread is soft and fresh, quality of meats is great and they don't skimp you on any of the toppings. Subway is known for that and I despise that place fully... Ordering is unique with sharpie and brown bag, in which the sub will go into when they are done making your sandwich. I ordered online all 3x's but have ordered the traditional way in the past. All times I ordered the Grinder Italian sub, toasted! Customer service is fast, friendly and efficient. The 3rd time I ordered online, I updated my sandwich to the largest size and didn't notice all my toppings had been cleared. I left my phone at home and the clerk advised he tried to call me. When I arrived he was friendly about the mistake, made my sandwich quick and fast and I was on my way...

Good flavor. However, when I ordered double meat and cheese they charge an extra $4.50 for it. The issue I have is that they barely gave any meat or cheese. There was 1 slice of 3 different kinds of meats on the sandwich. So for a 10 inch sub, a small bag of chips, and regular sized fountain drink I ended up paying $18. I would much rather have gone to Publix and gotten the same thing for $10-11.

I ordered a cheeseburger Wich it was very soggy and I felt sick after I might go again and try something new but overall it was ok.
In the past, I have had a good experience here when I go inside the store. However, there have been times when the store has closed without notice which has ruined my plans for eating here and my order gets messed up here and there. Still tastes pretty good though.Recently, due to Covid, I prefer curbside pickup options. When ordering it says to just call the store for curbside pickup. When I called this store, the associate on the phone just told me "uhh...just walk in and pick it up." I told them the site says to call for curbside, but he had nothing more to say other than come and get it yourself. If he had told me he was the only person there, then I might have been okay with it, but I was provided with no reason for not following the curbside pickup option. Why is it posted on the site that you provide that option if no one will honor it? What if I was a person with increased risk for Covid? What would I do then? Will not be coming back here any time soon.

DO NOT EAT AT WHICH WICH. I'd certainly rate this a 0/10 if that was an option... My boyfriend and I were just in for lunch pickup... I eat vegan so we ordered 2 superfood sandwiches. Not only did they got my order wrong but they gave us two bacon sandwiches covered in mayo. I nearly threw up looking at that mess!!! We are pretty sure we got overcharged & he'd like his money back.We are pretty far away from this location so what was supposed to be a unique treat ended up PISS POOR. My boyfriend doesn't have dietary restrictions so ate the bacon subs, but he said they were REALLY bland and boring. Ewww. Also look at that white bread, straight carbs!

First time here. Ordered the Superfoodwich, which includes quinoa. They made this wrap with uncooked quinoa. Or maybe it was once cooked but that was so long ago that it has reverted to its hard, dry state. Or maybe it's just sesame seeds. Bad in any case. Probably would be great if prepared properly. Will try something else next time.
