We went to this Wingstop on the way home, for some lunch and it was decent. The soda machine needs to be fixed or upgraded or whatever because every soda we drink was kind of watered down. The chicken was good, but dry, the corn was good, and the fries were good. Won't say anything bad about customer service, there is nothing bad to say. So. The only negatives were that the drinks were watered down, and there's no place to eat inside.

Food horrible. Bland. My son and his buddies could make better wings but just buying frozen wings. Is it the equipment at this location? Or the “chefs” who clearly don’t care? Wingstop should remove this location as I will never go to any Wingstop again. I can’t tell you how bad it was.

The WORST wing spot! The Cajun corn didn’t have Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper wings lack salt, mild wing was drenched in butter or oil with no hot sauce flavor. I had to add Texas Pete hot sauce to get some flavor besides oil. The fries were perfectly seasoned but it was only about 15 fries in the order and most of them looked like scrapes from an empty bag. The bbq wings were ok. Oh, and blue cheese doesn’t come the order even though wings were ordered.
Don’t WASTE your $$$!!!

Service is absolutely terrible. Even ordering online is a haste because they will ignore you as you sit in the waiting area even though your order is ready and they know you are there. Would not recommend eating here.

I placed a delivery order, and waited over 50 minutes, just for them to cancel my order. When I called Wingstop, the girl refused to give me a refund. She then gave me a “customer service” number to call, which turned out to be a number that didn’t accepted any calls.

Truly the WORST customer service of any establishment we’ve experienced lately. So sad. Will not be giving any of their locations our business going forward but this was the location that really gave us a bad taste. Very disappointing. Also, notice how most their 5 star reviews don’t actually have any actual comments, they are being left by their own employees including their manager who threatened us. Their service is abysmal. We had an issue with our order and when my wife called the manager impersonated the police and threatened her multiple times. Even called and texted her from his personal phone to harass her saying he knew where she lives (she placed the order online so she entered address and other information). I was not home yet when she called and it really scared her as she was home with our young children including our infant. She tried to contact their corporate number and they messaged her from Facebook once but never apologized or fixed the issue. They will not get our business again and I will be letting anyone know to try other establishments. They are not worth your time or money.

In from out of town, ordered 30 wings all hot honey from the Wingstop website. Received only 15 wings. Called 15 times from 11pm - midnight and they never picked up the phone.

Absolutely horrible experience, I’ve NEVER received worse customer service in my life. Have never had an issue at other locations, even when they’re swamped the Pleasant Hill location is always honestly pleasant. I get it, it’s Wingstop, I don’t expect to write home about great service but this location has THE WORST manager. Shaquwan Simmons threatened me and impersonated the police over the phone. Even texted me from his own cell phone to harass me. My husband later stopped by to confront him and he was aggressive with my husband as well. He then got his name and the store owner/operators name. I cannot stress that neither of us raised our voice and I never even got an opportunity to inform them of our order issue… it was straight to police impersonation and outlandish threats.

This was our 3rd time ordering at this location. I placed my order online for pickup - when I realized there was an issue with our order I decided to call the store. The first time I called they answered the phone saying “This is Gwinnett County Police, what you need?” I was confused and said I was trying to call the Wingstop on Sugarloaf. He told me not to call there again and hung up. I was confused and looked up the number on the website and called back. He then yelled at me to stop “playing on the phone” that he knew where I lived and that he was going to send someone over. I was then confused and startled. Then he called from his personal number and threaten me again. I have never been reverse prank called before.. and it was honestly scary. He also texted me using my first and last name saying he was going to have the police out to my house. Again, I never even had a chance to speak with anyone calmly about my issue, it was straight to yelling threats and hanging up. He is unhinged and needs to be replaced and retrained immediately. I was really looking forward to having this location so close, but if we order Wingstop again I will be returning to the Pleasant Hill location for now.

The only good thing about this new location is that when you call to place an order over the phone you can speak to someone in the actual store and not an automated system /call center I tried this new location twice first time was during their grand opening the food was very bland and underwhelming I gave them some grace because they had just opened and it was busy and I was really excited when I saw this location opening because it’s like a 2 min drive from my apt and I’ve loved wing stop since a kid but I’ll rather drive all the way to pleasant hill to that Wingstop location instead of waste money at this one again the food is just honestly nasty the wings taste like nothing they hardly put any seasoning/sauce on them as if they’re rationing just go somewhere else or go to American deli

I usually will give about 3 tries until I post a review for a place but I'm going to go outside of the norm and hope that my 5 stars will remain. I went the 2nd day of opening. Placed my order online: 6 pc combo - half lemon pepper and half mango habanero, extra well done/all flats with ranch. It was soooo good and reminded me of why I used to love Wingstop. There was another location I used to frequent and was addicted to until they started going downhill. My only note is it seems Wingstop may have stopped doing the fresh cut fries. As these looked different but I gotta say they didn't lack on freshness or seasoning, so two thumbs up. Also customer service was phenomenal. Everyone I made eye contact with spoke and was polite. I held a brief conversation with a young man named, Sir. It is a small place, with no dine in area but as long as the food and service stay on point, I will frequent. Actually considering for dinner tonight. Wishing yall the best!

First time ordering from here. Placed a mobile order. Got there and there were like 20 employees jam packed in this tiny place. Handed me my bag. I had to ask for the drinks I ordered. Bag of food had no napkins, utensils, or ketchup for the fries. You’d think I was asking these folks to move the moon and the sun when I asked nicely for these basic items. I said please and thank you for each item. Not a word was said to me by anyone the entire time I was in there. Just disinterested looking folks who shouldn’t be around customers.
