Very good spot. Staff is friendly and helpful and the desserts are delicious. I've had the ice cream and shakes a few times - phenomenal. My biggest recommendation is the biscoff shake.

Really disappointed in the service today. I always come to WowBooza for special occasions. Unfortunately, today — celebrating my birthday — my experience was subpar. I showed up at opening to ensure I was there before a crowd and that all items were in stock. I purchased multiple items. When being rung up, I noticed that not only was the price of the fruit pastry that was on the menu higher than shown - with no explanation - the server told me I was only allowed to get 1. There was a party in front of me that received multiple. I was highly disappointed with this. I don’t want to assume anything, but the consistency with all customers should be present at all times. I’m really disappointed after this.

I drove with my girlfriend over an hour to surprise her to get some of the viral fruit pastries. When we walked in, the employee asked how he could help us. I asked what all fruit pastries they have because it appeared to only be the Mango. She is not a huge fan of mango but wanted to try them so badly. However, the employee told us that they had Mango and Strawberry. She was even more excited! We ordered one of each - even though, they are $10 each! As soon as we ordered, he rudely stated that we could only have 1 per our group. Which again, it was the 2 of us. We wanted to each try one and the different flavors. I proceeded to ask, what if we pay separately or with cash. He just shook his head and said no! I begged at that point letting him know, we had drove over an hour away. He just stared at us. I asked, what if I leave and come back and he said nope. We can't let anyone have more than 1. So we gave in and paid. If it wasnt for the long drive and her being so excited, I would've just turned around and walked out. He asked us to wait after we paid bc there were people behind us. So we stepped to the side. As we were standing, we noticed two different tables with 2-3 girls/women with multiple fruit pastries. Then we noticed as he was standing there taking orders he sneezed several times, then grabbed a tissue with his gloved hand and wiped his nose, multiple times. This was not the kind of customer service, we were expecting. Highly disappointing and we will not be back nor would we recommend to anyone!!

Everything was priced the same as anywhere else. Definitely a hot spot and popular. Everything is really good. We had the viral pastry that looks like a fruit and Dubai strawberries and chocolate. Both were worth the price in my opinion. $10 for pastry & $15 for Dubai.

Drove far to try their fruit pastries with my family of 4. We were told we could only buy one. Not one per kind… but only one regardless if they are different, u can only purchase one. For a family of 4 that drove far to make it here. They said one per family. So I ended up just leaving.
Waited more than an hour for their fruit pastries. I had a party of 3 guests. We left and came back. Upon return, we were told one one was sold per group. Not the best customer service. Do not recommend.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I’ve been seeing fruit pastries from other states all over my fyp and I was so excited to see that , there’s some near me. My sister and I went today to get some. I wanted to get some for my sister, my husband and myself. I asked for 3 of strawberry and 3 of mango and she just looked at me and then said no . She said one per customer, so I thought one of each. I was disappointed but I was like okay one of each and she said no again, saying they can only do one Pastry per customer. I feel like they should have a sign saying that, then I wouldn’t have wasted my time going. What’s the point of selling pastries if you can only sell one. We really wanted to try. We ended up doing one strawberry and one mango on separate transactions. I wanted to get some for my husband but couldn’t . And they were laughing at us. Do better.

My 1st time there and they didn’t have lattes and the ice coffee I got didn’t taste like coffee and the mango pasty didn’t taste like mango at all.. I honestly throw it up.. I’m sorry they need to work on it..
