Che suong xa banh lot, taste refreshing, very fragrant, as if they add a floral notes to it, maybe jasmine and vanilla end notes. Banh Lot wasn't made correctly, no chewy texture to it, more like overcook soft rice dough that disappeared in your mouth instantly, no pandan leaves flavor in it either. Suong xa was just the normal, nothing special. Would I get it again? Probably for the milk taste of it, it has the perfect sweetness and floral notes that balance each other, the filling on the other hand are not that good.

The desserts are on on trend and delicious. However, the taste is too sweet even though lots of ice filled up.

The best food and service in the town. I did try many food court before, but this one is different. Xoi is very tasty, the salty coffee is yummy. The staff is nice enough to customize the sweetness of coffee as I want. Will be back to try all the menu. Definitely highly recommend.

This place has the best Vietnamese coffee on the east coast. It's the only place you can get cafe sua da that tastes exactly like it does in Vietnam.

This is located inside the farmer's market on pleasant hill exit (exit 104). They serve Vietnamese food, snacks, and dessert. I got their Vietnamese coffee with taro. It's...interesting. I like the coffee part a lot but the taro has a very perfume taste to it. Not the biggest fan but I would definitely go back and get the iced coffee! We also got their avocado che. A bit too sweet for my liking but still really good! It's coconut, assortments of jelly, avocado and pandan. Not the biggest fan of pandan in general but it's still better than a lot of che I've had in Atlanta.
We tried the desserts on the fly. Not even sure of what we ate but they were really tasty. The staff was very attentive and explained the desserts to us. We had the flan and the avocado desserts both very good.
