The food is decent, but I’m disappointed with their point system. They stated that 10 lbs earns you 1 lb free. We already have 10.5 lbs on our card and nearly 3 lbs on today’s bill, yet they said they can’t apply the free pound until our next visit because the card must show 11 lbs. Their logic is confusing to me.
Update: Yes, I had 10.5 lbs on my card before my meal today, but they wouldn’t let me use it. Currently, my card balance shows 13-something lbs. It’s not really about the 1 free lb, but it feels misleading to customers. That was the only issue I experienced during my visit today.

If you love ramen and want to try new ingredients this is the place! Everything is made fresh to order! You grab a bowl and start adding the raw ingredients you want to add to your soup. The price is $13.99 per lb, if it goes over you pay a little more, so choose wisely! I pre-planned ahead I wanted a tofu seafood veggie combo. I noticed some ingredients I never tried before and was curious to try! There are over 70 ingredients to choose from. We got to the broth option and I wish they had a clear broth instead of the miso based broth, it was a bit salty. I saw there was a no broth option, which would make a great stir fry. They cook the food and arrived very fast. It was fun to search for your ingredients under the broth. Great experience, I’m not sure this can be ordered ahead of time if it was an online order. It’s better to eat it hot and dine in person.

I loveeed it i like how theres a lot of options my ONLY issue is that a request extra spicy broth and iit wasnt spicy at all i ask for any kind of peppers and they say theres was none :( .. pleaseee i need spicyy in my lifee, Jasmine tea for a dollar saved the time was so good, I hope next time they can give me spicy so i can be complete happy !!!

This spot in Duluth is super easy to get to, located in a lively complex with Kroger and plenty of other shops and restaurants. They’ve got a nice variety of options for hotpot—tons of proteins like sausage, meat, fish balls, ramen, and lots of veggies. There’s also a sauce station with things like sesame paste and soy sauce. You get to choose from three different broths, and we always go for the beef broth, which is really tasty. My only issue is that when I ordered the mild beef broth last time, it tasted just like the medium. Either there’s no real difference in flavor, or they just messed up my order.

Incredible flavors! Pro tip.. Look over the ingredients before you dig in! It's tempting to mix up the ingredients but it's better to plan your bowl. For example I don't like to mix meats with seafood. The Napa cabbage and boc Choi are so tasty! It's easy to make a vegan bowl too if that's your thing. This place is awesome!

Quick, delicious, and modestly priced. I got the medium spice level spicy beef broth and wish I got the spicy one (next time). It was delicious (wish I had gotten spicier). I can’t wait to come back.
The food was delicious and the staff is so friendly. Malatang was one of my favorite meals when I lived in China and I was thrilled with the quality of Yin Tang. I'll be back for sure!
