We had a nice time here - the staff was very friendly and helped us navigate a peanut allergy. We got pork buns and two orders of the dry noodles (one beef, one pig ear) since it was too hot for soup. Very flavorful and quick!

The rice noodles taste good and the portion is large. I like it very much.

Crossing Bridge Rice Noodle is absolutely amazing! The broth is rich and flavorful — comforting and deeply satisfying. I highly recommend the Sole Fish Rice Noodle Soup — the fish slices are huge, tender, and plentiful. The smell and taste of the green Sichuan peppercorn is super addictive, and the soup is just SO good. Don’t miss the handmade glutinous rice cake — it’s chewy, soft, and seriously delicious. The portions are generous, and I always leave feeling full and happy. Every flavor I've tried has its own character. Friendly service, clean space — 100% worth the visit. Five stars all the way!

The flavors here brought me right back to Yunnan! Their Crossing Bridge rice noodle set was rich, flavorful, and served piping hot. The crispy-bottom dumplings were a standout, and the cold cucumber and tofu skin salads balanced the meal nicely.

Beef Dry Mix Noodles

Crossing Bridge is an underrated spot in Duluth - some of the most authentic, flavorful options in the area, with very friendly, helpful and informative staff! They were happy to explain their menu and concept to us. We enjoyed a selection of the very many different types of soups and combinations they offer with delicious, authentic rice noodles, as well as some of their amazing soup dumplings. It was a bit difficult to keep the soup dumplings intact as we were picking them up due to the base, bur the flavor was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially those who frequent this strip and haven't dropped by yet - I wish I had gone sooner!

The soup warms me up. Beef tendon tasted changed a bit. It tastes more like soy sauce. I wish it has more chili oil in sauce. Otherwise, I like it here. Good and safe.

Great experience with authentic Chinese Yunnan rice noodles. We were greeted right away and the appetizers were very tasty and fresh. The Numbed Spicy rice noodle soup was brought to the table boiling as it cooked fresh. And it tasted fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant was clean and well decorated for a Chinese restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Coming to this restaurant has been one of the best experiences of my life. The owner is incredible!!!!! The food is incredible!!!!! The staff is incredible!!!!! The customer service is INCREDIBLE!!!! The scenery was absolutely stunning because of all of this I plan to tell everybody that I know to come to this restaurant. I even brought my vegetarian girlfriend and even she LOVED everything she ate. She had the cucumber salad, rice cakes, and vegetarian spring rolls and she literally can’t stop talking about it. We will absolutely be back!!!! Thank you guys for everything

A lot of choices from the menu, normally you feel thirsty after noodle soup. In this case, we didn't feel that at all, so probably not much MSG is used.
