If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered 2 Zac Snacks and a bug was in my drink. Unfortunately, I already ate my food and drunk my Cherry Fanta. After drinking my Fanta, I went to fill my cup up with water and saw the bug sitting on my ice. The manager Lindsey stated she could not control bugs coming into the building and offered me a free drink, as if I wanted to drink more bugs! Last time ever going to this location, as it was my favorite. It only takes a quick second to look over your drinks before capping it to give to your customers.

Came here on a new year day around 5:pm. I usually go to Chick- fil a but my location was closed early for new year. Ordered house salad with grilled chicken. I counted 4 small cubes of chicken plus garbage for a price of 12.99. I wish I had a Pic to show. No body to blame but me. No salads every one. You been warned: )

I ordered a medium lemonade and the cashier served me a strawberry lemonade, I told him that I had ordered limonada no with strawberry, then he upset and hit his tablet or desk , for polite I received the strawberry lemonade!! Is very sad find it situation in customer service!!

My experience with this particular zaxbys tends to be the same time and time again. No matter who is speaking they always seem like you’re bothering them with your order and they repeat your order back for it to never be completely accurate. And today was no different . If you have a choice skip this zaxbys and either go to one prior to this one or after .
