Zaxbys is closed and looks to be in the process of being demolished. Ignore Zaxby’s trying to say “temporarily closed”
Edit: came past next day and it’s completely demolished. No more Zaxbys

FYI everyone, I found a hair in our food, and when I called to report it, the employee named Esther spoke to me with an extremely nasty attitude and even laughing over the phone. She claimed they wear hair nets, but didn’t see staff were wearing at the drive-through window which makes no sense. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. I understand it’s not end of the world but “Esther” took it to next level. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience

I went through the drive thru on 10.29.25 around 11:25 and ordered a frozen lemonade. The guy said lemonade and I repeated frozen. I get to the register and it was plain. The person at the window turned to the guy on the headset and he began to tell me what he can’t do. I told him to keep the drink. BUT I can’t keep coming back to this store if you are irritated that “you all” messed up the order. Someone needs to train these younger adults to have better customer service service skills.

I went to this store at 9:45 and get they are closing soon so won’t have the freshest experience, but the main reason for the review is for the lack of customer service I received. I ordered a 6 piece lemon pepper finger meal and ended up getting just regular chicken. I called, but they were closing in two minutes and woken t have time to go back. The employee stayed I would need to put the chicken in a bag, but not the fries (probably didn’t want to show how burnt they were) and in order to get a new meal I would need to turn in that chicken and pay the extra $1.40 for the lemon pepper I didn’t pay. WHAT!! This wasn’t my error as I ordered lemon pepper and didn’t get it. I called the next morning and spoke with a manager who said they can’t to anything for THEIR mistake unless I bought back the chicken. At 10:00 at night after a football game I’m ordering food after a long day at work and not going to wait another half hour for food to be cooked at home. No resolution and our $14 for a meal we couldn’t fully eat and no acknowledgment for the error and just concerned with the extra $1.40 I need to pay for their employee getting my order wrong (assuming there was none left and didn’t want to make another batch before they closed in 10 minutes). Called corporate to escalate this situation and will make sure my company doesn’t cater there anymore or provide additional business. Not a good way to treat loyal customers as the $1.40 isn’t the issue. Thanks!

One of the better brick and mortar locations. They have many booths with big windows on every corner of the dining area. My fries were stale so I asked for new ones and they did not even hesitate or seem bothered. The people that work here are so nice and welcoming 🙏

I’ve been coming to this location for 15-20 years now and have never had a bad experience. I’m from this area so I can say honestly that it has consistently been a dependable Zaxby’s location for me and my family/friends. Mario and all of the staff here are always very welcoming and friendly. Working at a restaurant myself I can appreciate a clean and well run place. I would recommend this location to everyone!
