I’ve been to this location quite a few times and the food always met my expectations. I stopped by 10/25 and the food was horrible. I was frustrated and disappointed. The staff was nice but the kitchen needs work. None of the food had flavor. The chicken was completely dry and hard to swallow. My roasted vegetables were so hard. I just have a hard time understanding how the establishment could food that’s noticeably not the standard. I should’ve asked for my money back but just left.

Time for dinner, something light but filling. Zoe's fit the bill. Always a good choice. Kabobs, Falafal, veggies, Turkey Avacado Sandwich. We were greeted with smiles and asked to take our order. Ordering was quick, wait for food was as expected, time enough to cook but not leave us wondering. Food was great. Really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of seating. There was quite a bit of take out going on. Zoe's is always a favorite.

I ordered cauliflower bowl with grilled chicken, portion is plenty for my hungry tummy and the taste is mild not too salty. The cauliflower and cucumber were fresh however the chicken was a bit dry and I had a hard time chewing it. I probably get salmon as my protein next time. I love Zoey’s kitchen because it’s the only place I’ve been that has cauliflower rice plus the food is not too bad and vegetarian friendly.

Perfect if you want something delicious and healthy! Staff is always very patient and nice. My faves are the salmon kabobs, warm potato salad and the falafel pita. They also have the best cookies. It’s really so good my daughter eats it and she’s 4 and very picky. She loves the turmeric rice and salmon.

Went to the Duluth location, the system was down,. You had to place your order online, which was not a problem. The problem was the manager.who was rude and lacking in customer service... The manager was nor accommodating at all, wanted some extra sauce, which we always get and pay for the sauce., the manager would not let me order the extra sauce because it's not an item on the menu, so I just suggested could I order something else to pay for the sauce.. no go from her... won't be back at that location at all.She needs to learn better customer service.

This location has gone downhill. This is the second time our to-go order has been missing food. Today, one of our meals only had 3 pieces of shrimp on the kabob & the other meal was missing Pita bread. Last time we ordered from here, we also received less than the typical amount of meat on a kabob. It’s so disappointing to get home to have dinner & have items be missing :(

The food was delicious. My son got the falafel pita and I got the chicken plate. Everything really was delicious. I recommend the roasted veggies and the hummus was delicious, too! We got the one with herbs blended in. Quiet phenomenal ?

So I just went up there about 3 days ago and I've never seen it so slow during lunch hour. Immediately once I walked into get my food, I understood why. There was a young lady who was handling the register and her entire hands, arms, face, and neck was peeling, yes, peeling!!! So much do that her black shirt that the employees wear was covered in dander! The most disgusting thing I've seen! She was polite but sweetie who permitted you to work in food services let alone in the front? I have them my money but immediately once I got outside I threw my food away. My stomach had turned and I was honestly grossed out. Will NOT be returning back ever!

Check 10089 Spent $107 on a totally unsatisfying meal. There were 5 of us eating and, in addition, we ordered two takeout meals. Soup and side of hummus came out first. No issues. Then the meals with meat for 3 of us came about 10 minutes later. About 7 minutes after that the to-go part of the order came my falafel cauliflower bowl which was for dine in. About 5 minutes after that, my wife's falafel pita came. Unfortunately, it came with tzatziki and feta even though we asked for neither (she's a vegan) and the receipt states the same. We send it back and it takes another 15 minutes to make her another sandwich. She took it to go since the rest of us had long finished our food. Beyond my comprehension how you can bring meals out in phases and, when you screw up, it takes so long to remedy. We have a lot of dining choices when we want to spend $107 for 7 people. We will choose more wisely in the future.

I had a horrible experience at this establishment today. I ordered the spicy grilled sandwich and it was missing onions, tomatoes and feta. On this $10 sandwich (see attached pic) the chicken was cut up in 3 pieces placed on 3 quadrants of the bread. When I got home I called to request a refund and the person who answered was very rude and would not let me talk and HUNG UP THE PHONE which is extremely rude. I called back to get her name and she stated her name is Kiana (I’m not sure if she lied). She was a short white woman with glasses and ponytail who appeared to be the shift lead (providing description). She also stated on the phone that I assumed she made the order. I explained to her I did not make assumptions I was just simply saying if the items were out then to let the customer know before purchasing. I will never visit this location again. I feel like hanging up on me and not letting me explain why I’m calling was uncalled for and is awful customer service.

Zoe’s is consistently good and fresh. It’s a great option for sticking to my diet without feeling like I’m dieting. They are a little slow on the fulfillment side of things but I am glad this location even exists! My old location at The Forum disappeared so it’s good to know I can still get some Zoe’s. For lunchtime, I’d order ahead or get delivery next time.*salmon kabobs, roasted vegetables, Greek salad*

Ordered food to go and waited for about 20 mins for it to come out. Right now there's a total of 5 dine in tables seated (so they're not busy with in person orders) and one employee is on a lunch break. I had the pleasure of sitting here for so long that the employee had time to finish his meal. He walked past not one, but TWO sinks, and got back on the line without washing his hands. Very disgusting. Gross. Ick. I asked for a manager but the young lady working the register said there wasn't one available. Kinda sucks because I drove out of the way to come here. Waste of $24 because I lost my appetite. Won't make that mistake again.

Everything was very fresh and tasty. My husband had the salmon kebab and I had the falafel pita. The staff were great and it was a perfect meal. We will be back.

What an amazing surprise in my backyard! Ordered a family meal to share at work and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. One of my coworkers is vegan and was able to enjoy the lovely meal as well! The family meal comes with evening even a dessert! Very fresh and filling. The service was great! Thanks Musiq for service with a smile and not letting me forget the essentials, plates and utensils! Will definitely be coming back soon!

None of Your business

Food is amazing so I eat here quite often. It’s 5 minutes or less away from my job. I decided to order curbside pickup but will never do it again. I placed my order online, arrived at the exact time that it said my order would be ready. I called to let them know that I was there and they placed me hold for 5 minutes.I went inside to get my food and by the time I got back to work my food was cold. Which means my food was probably ready earlier than they said it would be. What’s the point in order curbside pickup if you have to go in & get it yourself. Plus my job is literally up the street so my food shouldn’t have been cold when I got back to work. I will never use curbside pickup again.
