I dont understand the hype, pre wrapped sandwiches you cant customize and I was told they won’t make them otherwise.
The woman at the front was quite flippant that they can’t accommodate.
Some people don’t like sauerkraut or lettuce etc.
okay, their way…cookies were like rocks. Brownies horrifically dry.
Honestly, expensive and subpar.

This was my first visit. Last year they gave teachers a gift card so I finally used it today. The food is fresh and they have a good variety to choose from. I grabbed a deal with the frozen soups ( baked potato, Georgia Brunswick stew, and chicken and andouille gumbo) and I can’t wait to try them out. I also ordered a chicken Caesar salad. The chicken slices are thick and tender…. The prices are reasonable. I’ll update this post once I try the soups. Looking forward to going back!!!

I have been to the Sandy Springs location and just tried the Dunwoody and it’s just as good!! Generous portions, great atmosphere, yummy food.

Every meal I have had here has been great! The cuban, chicken noodle soup, chili, and chicken pesto panini's are my favorites--never disappointed. As for the staff: they are not friendly and act like they are doing the customer a favor by acknowledging their presence and taking their order.

Great lunch with quick line and fantastic food. Work lunch was fantastic and everyone was happy with their food. I loved the sandwiches.

We used to enjoy this place. Lately, the food has gotten very inconsistent. The sandwiches are all bread, and the prices have gone up while the food and service has gone down. It's obvious we're not the only ones, the store is rarely busy anymore. Too bad because it started out as a great place to grab a lunch and eat outside. We won't be back again.

Love, love love this place for a quick delicious bite or meal. They have wonderful cookies, breads, soups and sandwiches. They provide a sunny indoor or outdoor dining space as well.

2.5 stars. Yikes! I can’t believe the good reviews. The food was so flavorless. The service was very slow - which is wild since everything is premade (probably doesn’t help the poor quality). And they charge $7 for a kids pb&j and a bag of animal crackers. You don’t even get a drink with it. What in the world. Honestly for the mediocrity just go to Panera - or heck subway. Save the money and the trouble.

The level of customer service in this location is appalling! The two guys at the front have zero personality! When you say thanks, and the one guy says nothing back is RUDE! I would give zero stars! If they don’t start to hire better people, this location will close!Plus, the display case used to look nice, now they just either have nothing in the case or small potions of the food out. It looks terrible and like the place is either closed or out of food.I will gladly drive over to Sandy Springs rather than going to this location!And the hair in my tuna salad sealed the deal for me…done!
