Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I love the location. Good variety of flavors. Reasonable price. Outdoor seating is also available. I like the sea salt caramel & Almond chocolate coconut flavers.

Had a $5 reward. Wanted to purchase a banana split on a Thursday (when it is half off), and the total was $4.85. I was told that I can not use the reward because it is less than $5. This is the only Bruster's where I encountered this kind of shenanigans!!!! And I've been to quite a few. Don't waste your money here, support businesses that don't use tricky procedures.

Purchased a quart of our favorite-graham central station. Unfortunately, the flavor was not made correctly. It contained none of the graham cracker mix in. It is very frustrating to purchase an entire quart and not receive the correct flavor.

Was charged over $9 for one scoop of ice cream. Didn't discover the mistake until later on my credit card statement (I didn't receive a receipt). Tried to get in touch with the manager via phone and email to correct it, but never heard back.

Wife and friends we had dinner with had 2 scoops of ice cream.

Unsanitary with dirty floors, messy counters and there was one person taking the order, handling money and making the order without hand washing or gloves. Do not recommend this location!

The two young ladies were working very hard and still very polite and friendly. Awesome doggie sundae!

I had the Pink lemonade Italian ice. It was good but my issue was the tall white guy with the nail polish fixing everyone's ice cream without wearing gloves while handling money. I saw him touching someone's cone with his bare hands. Sanitary practices need to be trained to these employees.

They don't skimp on their toppings.

I just got turned away saying they were closed at 9:40…they clearly close at 10pm. One worked was in the bathroom laying on the floor and the other was in the back room. They said they were closed and then a white family came in behind me like 2 min after I left and they served them…definitely don’t go here.

Always a good treat for me and the kids.

Place is very dated. Floors and counters are filthy. Staff wipes nose, plays with hair, licks hands, AND then scoops ice cream. While the ice cream was good, the total experience was a turn-off. How does the health department allow them to operate like this. Disgusting. Go somewhere else!
