Purchased a quart of our favorite-graham central station. Unfortunately, the flavor was not made correctly. It contained none of the graham cracker mix in. It is very frustrating to purchase an entire quart and not receive the correct flavor.

Unsanitary with dirty floors, messy counters and there was one person taking the order, handling money and making the order without hand washing or gloves. Do not recommend this location!

I had the Pink lemonade Italian ice. It was good but my issue was the tall white guy with the nail polish fixing everyone's ice cream without wearing gloves while handling money. I saw him touching someone's cone with his bare hands. Sanitary practices need to be trained to these employees.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. TLDR: service sucks. Ice cream sucks and is already melted when you get it. My boyfriend and I went there on Saturday July 22nd just before 6p to get a nice sweet treat. I checked the website for this locations flavors and saw multiple non dairy options. But when I got there, I asked the Asian woman (probably the manager) if vanilla and chocolate were the only two nondairy options. She said yes. A tad disappointed, I still ordered. My boyfriend order: 2 scoops of Oreo in a cup. Then I ordered 2 scoops of chocolate non dairy in a cup. The Asian woman seemed to have a language barrier bc she was trying to charge me for 1 cup and those 2 flavors. After a few tries she understood what I meant: two separate cups. The Oreo ice cream was VERY soft and half melted when it was given to us. I was handed my nondairy ice cream in such an aggressive manner that my thump ended up in the ice cream. Then the Asian woman went immediately to the back as if she did it on purpose. I'll never visit here again.

Place is very dated. Floors and counters are filthy. Staff wipes nose, plays with hair, licks hands, AND then scoops ice cream. While the ice cream was good, the total experience was a turn-off. How does the health department allow them to operate like this. Disgusting. Go somewhere else!

Who owns this dump??? Dirty, slow and soft ice cream. I was thoroughly disappointed with my 2 scoops of butter pecan ice cream with no pecans. Really no pecans??? URG!!! And ice cream was soft - go to another location this one is awful.

The supervisor who’s Asian is quite possibly the meanest rudest most hateful person I’ve ever come across ZERO customer service skills and is rude to her employees was here 4/28/23 at 4:30 pm and she is EVIL needs a serious talking to or needs to be let go nasty to everyone around her huge stick up her you know what

This location was out of 50% of the flavors. I got a regular scoop of double chocolate chunk on a waffle cone. The ice cream was melted before I took my first bite. Will not be returning.
