Mold everywhere on ceiling roof leaks everywhere water pouring on the ground while trying to order just had to turn around and walk out after the pipe started leaking on the person infront of me. Black mold was everywhere on the ceiling. Staff is nice but the store is falling apart never eating here.

This place is shabby inside. Roof leaks, folks hitting the soda machine to make it work. Missing baseboard tiles. Holes in the walls. Noticed my last review here was 4 years ago. Probably be a while before I come back.

Went through drive through. Order was not verified and was incorrect. When I got home (3 miles) the food was completely cold. No warmth at all. The cheese didn't even try to melt.

After repeating my order three times in the drive-thru, the order was still WRONG! No ice in my beverage, that was NOT requested. Ordered cheese on my sandwich, none! Ordered onion rings instead of fries, received fries. Tried calling the location to report the issue, no answer after 16 attempts. I was there 12.28.23 between 2:30 - 3:00pm. NEVER again! Oh, and NO receipt.

Big mad guy was very rude at the front counter with a red shirt on .. they gave me the wrong order in drive through he was very rude told me I needed to speak up. I told him he was very rude. He kept talking I asked for a refund He kept talking I asked him to stop he said "Make me" I would rather eat MacDonalds then eat here. He really needs help with customer service skills. I understand burger king practically hires anybody that need a job but some people just don't need job.

The person taking my order was curt and unpleasant. Lacked customer service skills. My fries were upside down in the bag. Mind you there was no line at 12:00 p.m., that should have been a warning. Trudy or Judy (sorry for messing up your name, was the only professional server at this location. She apologized for the mishandling of my food and made sure I got what I needed. Thank you, Tr(J) udy! I'm sure you are not thanked enough for all you do. Thank you for your professionalism and great customer service. You are the ONLY 5 star this place will receive.

if the drive-through lady working September 14 at 8:30 AM, would get off her phone and make a fresh order of French toast sticks instead of ignoring my request, what's so hard about that? I hate that this Burger King is the closest to me. I literally hate this location.

I would give negative 10 stars. I ordered the new snack wrap I was craving after seeing tons of commercials and was highly disappointed. I can’t even explain what I received just take a look at the picture y’all should be ashamed. I understand it’s $2.99 but it’s the principle. Order #23 subtotal $20.58. 9/3/23 2:09
