Carbonara Trattoria

We were really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations. We had a reservation, yet waited 45 minutes past our scheduled time to be seated. Once seated, it took an additional fifteen minutes for our order to be taken, and no manager ever stopped by to check in or apologize for the delay. To be fair, our server, Pat, was kind and professional, and the food itself was very good—flavorful and clearly well-prepared. We had the calamari, Filet, and black & white linguine. However, because of how long everything took, we ultimately had to take our meals to go in order to make another reservation we had later that evening. Overall, while the kitchen delivers quality food, the lack of timeliness and management attention made the experience frustrating. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

The food was amazing as always. Our server was attentive, but the bar service was horrible. It appeared as if they only had one bartender for the entire restaurant, and she was focusing on the bar area and not the dining. Drinks took far too long and were mixed up. We purposefully brought friends from out of town because of our past experience with the restaurant It will not stop us from going back, but I certainly hope the experience is better next time. 

Attended on Oct 7th for a birthday dinner. Atmosphere was nice and cozy with dim lights. I enjoyed the salmon which was nice and tender. I also ordered a side of mash potatoes. Service was very accommodating and attentive. Felt comfortable, welcomed, and overall pleased with food and staff. Great restaurant.

Food was delicious! It was pretty busy for a Sunday Evening and our waitress that was also the bartender was excellent!

The food was very good . My only comment is the wine list. The least expensive bottle was $50 and it went sharply up from there. I encourage the restaurant to increase their mid range choices.

I’m a fairly good cook myself so I can be a harsh critic when it comes to restaurant reviews, but this restaurant excels in every single dish that I have ordered there. The chef has a special gift when it comes to preparing fish and I highly recommend even for those who are not fish eaters to Give it a try. It has become our go to place for any special dinner and even if we simply want a perfect dinner for no occasion whatsoever.

10 out of 10, must try again! The service was amazing. Everyone was very welcoming, very happy and very wholesome and so helpful. The food was beyond the 10! Outstanding quality, presentation and taste! The drinks are super strong, which I love so much and the way they are set up and presented to you are excellent. There’s no way anyone can ever tell me that this is a bad place to go to. I enjoyed myself to the max and I most definitely will recommend this to all my friends and family.

Very good food, however it was so fast I would love to enjoy more time on the restaurant, even though we ordered started and main course I felt that they wanted to us leaving fast and I didn't like that. For the rest was very good

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Carbonara Trattoria. We are early birds, and we were the first to be seated at a table. Our waitress was not quite ready. In hindsight, we should have asked to be seated in Tony's section as his service is impeccable. Our waitress started talking with an elderly woman who is apparently a regular customer. That conversation continued for more than 15 minutes while we watched and waited to order. When we ordered salads to start, our order was not placed immediately in the kitchen, and our waitress continued her conversation with the elderly female regular customer. When our waitress finally returned, she asked if we were ready to start our order, and we reminded her that we ordered salads as starters 15 minutes earlier. It took nearly 40 minutes from the time we were seated until we received our salads, and that's only because we sought Tony's help. The rest of the meal went off well, and our waitress acted like nothing happened, She never apologized.

Very good, but impossible to find on first visit.

Took 30 minutes for someone to even come to our table and bring water, then 30 minutes for drinks, then 40 minutes for food. Drink orders were wrong, extra plates were brought to the table that we didn’t order and were still on the check. We had to walk into the restaurant to ask for the check after waiting for 30 minutes.
