Don’t know what’s been up with this location recently. Wait times are constantly longer than normal. Twice have been given the wrong salad. Most recently ordered a peppermint coffee on the app, finally reached the window and be handed an iced coffee, laughed at, and told they don’t have a hot peppermint coffee (it’s sold as such on the app).

A few weeks ago I wrote a post based on my observations as a customer, I was upset with what I observed and decided to go back by recently but unfortunately things still seemed the same, im beginning to think cooperate doesn't care how management treats employees. I just hope if there is mistreatment by management cooperate will do the right thing and remove them. Who knows if peope with chic fia pay attention to reviews or not, My original post is below:
As a frequent customer it has come to my attention after observing and over hearing things that there seems to be some serious mistreatment from what appears to be a black supervisor to a few of the white employees so much so I almost said something. I am floored !! It is not right, could you imagine if the roles were reversed. I think I will call cooperate because no other managers seem to be concerned. I'm outraged and disappointed in chic fila... I'm so done with this Dunwoody location on Jett Ferry, one poor employee young girl, pretty with glasses dark hair looked like she was freezing the other day and attempted to go inside like the other girls but she apparently got sent back outside but the other black employees seemed to be able to stay inside. Unacceptable. Im beyond furious!! I will be calling cooperate.

This place makes me happy . Today specifically my day was a little busier and longer than usual and there was a beautiful girl wearing a blue shirt with the best smile I’ve ever seen . She doesn’t know my name but she recognizes my order
A side salad with lemons and a spicy filet on . She notified I didn’t order lemons ( again it was a long day ) she said … you didn’t order your lemons 🥹 and she added them on my order for me

Girl , you turned my day around . Love my salads from chik fil a but most of all love the people who just make hearts dance 💙

This morning while I was at this location getting my breakfast the loomis truck arrived park near the drive thru not blocking it as I was able to order my food & the flow of drive thru traffic was not interrupted I noticed the manager came out the door rudely demanding that the driver move the truck to the parking lot anyone with common sense knows it’s not safe for them to not be parked by the door so that the loomis employee can safely return to the truck with the money . I’ve never seen this manager behave this way he was even rude to me during my purchase due to him being upset with Loomis. Very unprofessional of him . Won’t be returning to this location . If the manager was in loomis employee position he would not want to be forced to walk across a parking lot with a bag of money . Treat people the way u want to be treated .

Just about every time we come to this location they go above and beyond to make it a special experience for our young children. Other chick-fil-a’s nearby have playplaces but we still choose this location when we want it to be a special experience or celebration for our family.

Revising my 5 stars to 3 stars due to recent experience.

Dear Grant Wells,

I've been a longtime fan of CFA (CFA One Signature Member), a resident of Dunwoody since 2011, and a fan of your location since 2020 when I migrated to your location after the Perimeter Pointe experienced a prolonged shutdown.  In the 5 years that I've frequented your location, I've spoken highly of my experience with others and have enjoyed my interactions with the various staff that have come and gone.

Lately, I've had a few bad experiences and today was the tipping point for me.  Specifically, it is over the $2 ice cream cone prepared by 2 of your staff.  $2 is such an insignificant item but the way I felt I was treated left a lasting impression that I'm writing to you 3 hours after my visit.

A few days ago, I had ordered 3 ice cream cones and when I was handed the first cone I had thought it was small.  I asked the lady at the drive thru window if they could make it any bigger.  She looked back at another lady that had made the cone, exchanged some comments, and then turned to tell me that's the only way they can make it.  I was unhappy but took the 3 cones (one for each person in my family) and left.  Today, I went to CFA to order 3 ice cream cones again.  Again, it was the same two ladies.  And today, she gave me an even smaller cone.  And again, I asked if they could make it any bigger.  She turned to the lady making the ice cream, exchanged some comments, and turned to me and said something to the effect of - This is all we can do.  Do you still want it?  I was extremely upset that I just drove off without the cones.  My wife said we should at least take the small cones since we paid for it.  Therefore, I walked into the store to talk to a manager.  He was extremely polite and offered to remake my cones himself.  The cones that he made were great.  A consistent cone size and a service-oriented attitude was what I wanted.

I'm disappointed in how your staff treated me.  I'm pleased with how the manager handled the situation.  After today's event, I will be taking a break from your CFA because I don't want to interact with those two individuals again.  I hope that when I return in the future, I would be able to enjoy the top notch service that CFA is known for.

Mobile ordered curbside pickup. In a monsoon, circled the store 4 times. There is no curbside. Go to drive thru and told that we had to park, walk in the monsoon, and retrieve from inside.
