Something is wrong with this location. In town for a soccer tournament this weekend and went through the drive-thru between soccer matches. 4 people total. 1 meal was missing the chicken sandwich (only got the fries) and they didn’t give us a spoon for the Mac n cheese. Didn’t notice until we’re back at the field and no time to go back. So, I guess I’m going to have something at the snack shack because the kids need to eat and my son is eating his Mac n cheese with his fingers. Thanks for taking my money, Chick-fil-a. You own me $4+ that I’ll never see for the missing sandwich. With as many people working in the drive-thru, you’d think someone would be checking the bags before they are handed out.

this location has gotten so much better but there is a guy who bags the food, he doesn’t even work the window and he is just so rude and unpleasant. if there’s ever a request at the window and he has to fix it he is rude to his teammates and gives dirty looks to the customer.

Came here one morning for breakfast and got my regular breakfast order that I normally do at other locations which was the chicken hash brown scramble bowl . My bowl was basically empty barely anything in it little to no nuggets, cheese, and eggs . Not to mention they didn’t even put hash browns in it . Spoke with a manager about what had occurred and got a remake bowl and it was skimpy as well at least this time it had hash browns but will not venture back for breakfast only for lunch .
My order is never complete and something is always missing! Either my gluten free bun or the sauces, something is ALWAYS missed. Every. Single. Time. Without fail. It’s been a combination of the item being missed when ordering or when it’s noted correctly on the receipt and they forget to give it to me. So frustrating.
The drive-through line is already insane and having to go back through is just not acceptable. Please read the order and check it twice before handing over.
I have bad experience today in this location I drive extra 15 min to come here I was in front windows when goerge make my chocolate milke chik when put whip on top his finger was inside on whip I ask to wear gloves si Christian come to make another one he did some again I told him you why you don't want a wear gloves he got mad and made another one fast taste bad

While I understand that the employees are young, they should know how to use the app and not charge people when they have points to redeem, and treat customers with a good attitude. It’s disheartening to go to a CFA and be treated like they don’t want you there.
