The service was IN HORRIBLE, RUDE AND NASTY! I was informed that she is the shift leader. Go figure! I was with a friend there for the 1st time and I DID NOT SPEND A DIME AND WILL NEVER RETURN!

The chicken salad was fabulous. The croissant was a little dry and old.

The service was really nice but my chicken salad BLT didn’t have any bacon and the tomato’s were very unripe so they are weirdly crunchy? And the broccoli salad tastes like it changed and in a bad way.. like broccoli dressing soup. I like dressing but this is a little crazy

The chicken salad is worth every penny and I would highly recommend the white cake. I normally don’t like other people cakes because they taste like box cakes, but this cake tastes homemade. I’m not sure if it is but it is definitely better than any cake I’ve had in a restaurant.

On Saturday, 11/2, I visited the Dunwoody location and used my rewards for a large Dixie Chic salad. When I tried to redeem it, the staff member told me they were having issues and asked for my email and name to fix it later. Today, I opened the app and saw that all my rewards are gone except for 13 points. Chicken Salad Chick, what happened to my remaining 300 points? This is not how you treat your customers. I WON’T BE BACK!

This is the first time visiting the resturant it was very nice, I like the history behind the resturant. The food was very good, it would be njce they have more nurtients information like amount of protein and all the ingrediants that goes to the dosh, where as it had only the estimated calories for every dish. Over it was nice xperiance and it would be nice if the staff could suggest me becuase as it was very first time visitng kind of conufised what to order and how to order. Definetly will be visitng again to explore more. The staff was very friendly and has a fast service my mean arraived within no time after ordering

I hate that they, like so many places contract deliveries to DoorDash. I've never had a single good experience with DoorDash and it makes me not want to order delivery from them, which is how we usually buy from them. So obnoxious.

Outstanding and fresh food every time. The salads aren’t overly seasoned - so the differences are nuanced - portions are good but not too much - and the staff is very friendly.

Emily P went beyond the call of duty to help me revise my delivery order when I forgot to add salads for my vegetarian guests! Her customer service acumen was impressive!....hopefully it worked out....
