Chicken Salad Chick

The service was poor. The customer service definitely needs help!!! I didn’t purchase anything here. I was so excited, but the people behind the counter definitely need customer service lessons…

I walked in with my husband and we ordered two orders to go and I asked for a lightly toasted sandwich for my order.
When I checked my food I noticed that it wasn’t toasted at all.
I politely asked them to please remake just my sandwich but this time have it be lightly toasted. The front staff and the cook responded rudely and told me no they wouldn’t remake the food for me and that it’s my fault even though the receipt says it’s supposed to be toasted on it.
Then they proceeded to all cuss out my husband and the manager in the back decided to be racist against us and make snarky remarks and cuss us out as well.
Eventually, the manager did remake just the bread for the sandwich but they burned it instead of lightly toasting it because they didn’t care.
This is no way to be treating your customers and I am appalled and I will be contacting corporate about this and reporting this incident and this staff.
Do NOT ever eat here please unless you want to be disrespected by the staff.

Tons of awesome types of chicken salad (the one I chose was good but not great but I'm looking forward to trying others), chicken poblano soup was okay, tea was great, service was good.

My favorite entree is the salad with the fancy Nancy chicken salad. My only complaint is that the salad has very few ingredients outside of a few tomatoes. I wished they had other veggies in it like cucumber, etc.

I’ve been going to Chicken Salad Chick for a while now and have never had any complaints. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent, and the place is clean and welcoming every single time.

But what truly sets this location apart is Fernando. Whether he’s at the cashier or working in the back, he’s always there with a smile and an incredibly polite attitude. He genuinely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Need something? Fernando’s already on it. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently brings that kind of energy and care to their job, and it really makes a difference.

Massive props to him and the whole team. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area!

I purchased the original chicken salad, it was bland and disappointing. I ordered the strawberry salad as well, it tasted ok, but it was too small, and not a good value for the money. Will try a different location

I just went in here for an online order, I found the space where they have them and go to grab my order, just like any other place with online shelves. I was approached by an older lady who unkindly said “ma’am, ma’am you need to back out of here” and I do, and a guy (nicer) says he has to grab it for me and asks my name, and I said it, and she goes “you can’t just walk in here, you don’t do that” so I said they should have a sign that says that then because it’s customary at other places with online (jimmy johns, Einstein’s, etc) that you grab it yourself. She says, again, pretty rudely, “we do have one ma’am” and puts her hand on a sheet of paper (that’s folded in on itself on the sides because it’s not laminated so she literally has to widen her fingers to show the words on it). I just said they should get a bigger one and left, I found that incredibly rude for something that was a simple mistake, as this is also the only chicken salad chick I’ve been to that had a system like this as well.

We had an order delivered to our hotel room so I can only speak to the quality of the food. It was great! I always love chicken salad chick but my husband got it for the first time and was impressed. The food was warm and travelled well.

The service was IN HORRIBLE, RUDE AND NASTY! I was informed that she is the shift leader. Go figure! I was with a friend there for the 1st time and I DID NOT SPEND A DIME AND WILL NEVER RETURN!

The chicken salad was fabulous. The croissant was a little dry and old.

The service was really nice but my chicken salad BLT didn’t have any bacon and the tomato’s were very unripe so they are weirdly crunchy? And the broccoli salad tastes like it changed and in a bad way.. like broccoli dressing soup. I like dressing but this is a little crazy

The chicken salad is worth every penny and I would highly recommend the white cake. I normally don’t like other people cakes because they taste like box cakes, but this cake tastes homemade. I’m not sure if it is but it is definitely better than any cake I’ve had in a restaurant.
