Chicken Salad Chick catered all the food for my mother's memorial service. I called the catering line and the consultant helped me order the appropriate amount of food with a nice variety of flavors for all the different needs of the attendees. They delivered all the food to the venue in plenty of time to set up. The food was delicious and exactly as discussed. The catering process was easy and seamless. We will definitely be using them again.

This is a great lunch spot, if you love chicken salad. I tried 3 different flavors, and each on3nwas unique and delicious!
I get chicken salad at the Suwanee location all of the time. This location is closer to my office so I decided to come here. My chicken salad was soaked with mayonnaise and only had two pieces of apple and three grapes in the large size container. I brought it back and asked if I could get it just a small size to replace it since the quality was not up to the standard of what it usually is. They told me no. This is my last trip to chicken salad chick.

Got a scoop of the jalapeno chicken salad and aKickin’ Kay Lynne chicken salad on a croissant. The sandwich was meh, maybe the croissant wasn't very good. And who serves pickles that look like this?? Eeww. Too expensive for the quality. We've been before and liked the food a lot so inconsistency in quality is frustrating.
My first time there and my first time having potato soup it was wonderful.

Food was good and the space was very comfortable. However the customer service could use a revamp. The gentleman at the register isn’t pleasant. He didn’t even welcome me as a guest. His attitude throughout the ordering process made me almost want to turn around.

CSC is one of my favourite places regardlesss of the date but i just wanted to highlight that today, was customer appreciation day and i went in due to this reason (becuase yum!) But what i wasnt expecting is a super nice greeting at the door with the free scoop offered! No hidden promos. No nothing, but honestly i did feel appreciated, so just wanted to share that :)

Love going over here for lunch! I work right next door and I always know if I want something tasty that Chicken Salad Chick will not disappoint. There is plenty of healthy option and I my absolute favorite is getting a scoop of chicken salad on top of a salad.
