“I live nowhere near here so when I saw the reviews I jumped on it. After eating here I wish I lived closer. The menu they have is great. If you can't find something to eat then you're the problem. From Korean food to wings to burgers there is so much here. I was greated when I walked in by Dean, I think. Super helpful and friendly guy. I decided to get the beef bulgogi bowl. I really love bulgogi and this hit the spot. It was a bowl with three layers - rice, noodles and the beef. It was great. Nice and clean little joint. While I was there a few folks came in and he greated them all like friends. I was like - dang, this dude is cool. I would recommend trying this place out. If I'm way over here again I will 100% drop in.“

“Joey D's has extraordinary service. Angelia was phenomenal. She kept our glasses full without asking, and she kept our table cleared so we could have room. She was prompt and just on top of everything. This is not to say that other servers aren't good because they are. It's her delivery and syle that I think sets her a part from the pact. If you're a regular and have had her, you know what I'm talking about. She's really good! The food is fantastic. I really would like to see Joey D's add asparagus, sautéed spinach, and braised collards to the menu. The mushrooms and carrots don't work. It doesn't pair well with the BBQ entrees and definitely not the steak. I'd also like to see a tomato bisque and bruschetta offered. The French Onion soup is extraordinary and probably the best on that side of town. It's definitely in the top 10 among Atlanta eaterys. Other than that, this is a great establishment. The service is extraordinary and the food is good. You won't be disappointed.“

“As a native of Houston, TX, I’m known to be a bit of a taco snob/critic. I passed by the place in route to Chipotle for lunch and happened to see this sign first. “I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, it fell a bit short for me. While the service was exceptional, truly a 6 out of 5, with the young gentleman at the front being welcoming and the older gentleman in the back incredibly kind and polite, the pricing felt steep compared to similar options in the area.

For example, an 8-piece family fried chicken is priced at $30, and a 2-piece order costs $10, which is nearly double the cost of other halal spots nearby. Do note the chicken is of very good quality. Hormone free, vegetable fed and no antibiotics administered. During my visit, I ordered an 8-piece wings with fries. While the food was good, the dim lighting inside made the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy, and at first glance, I even thought the place might be closed.

That said, I really appreciate the effort and hospitality of the staff. If they were to adjust the pricing a little bit and perhaps brighten up the space, this spot has great potential to become a local favorite.

“Amazing customer service ! My first time was memorable . I started with 6 wing combo and was happy to hear I get to select two flavors. My first was classically lemon pepper . I asked to try the Louisiana rub and they gave me a wing not just the sauce . I liked it. Then a customer told me he comes daily and that I should try the Brazilian citrus which wasn't on the menu. Wow. Secret flavors ?!! I received my order and even got an extra wing * for a total of 8* simply amazing wings and fries��Allison is great!“

“I was in the Marietta area and wanted some good wings. I decided to give this place a try . I am so happy I did. The wings survived a 35 min drive in traffic, to get home and still remain crunchy and flavorful. I got the 10 pc 5 dry lemon pepper and 5 hot wings. Both hit the spot . My only complaint was I only got one blue cheese dip and it didn’t come with carrots or celery.“

“I've been in the Norcross arrived for over a month due to my semi truck breakdowns. And one of the positive things of being here is American Deli. Good food at a reasonable price keeps me coming back at least every other day. Every other day because I order enough to carry me thru for the next day. The pkace is nice and the staff is great. There's one lovely young lady I would love to see more of. Anyway, if you're in the Norcross, GA area stop by for nice quick meal.“

“Coming from the south side where the BEST wings are.. I have been so dissatisfied with the wings NW Atlanta… BUT LET ME TELL YOU THIS PLACE!!!!! Wings PHENOMENAL.. I’ve rode by many times finally decided to try it.. a lot of customers were getting to go but I really liked the vibe they have like tables where you can play games (chest checkers etc.) they have a ping pong table although I didn’t see a paddles and a ball. They have a dragon ball Z mural in there and they play anime on the TV. It was dope!!! And the wing were great size not too big and not too small.. they had the perfect amount of sauce! And had the perfect crunch to them! 100/10 I can’t wait to go back.!!!!

“The band After School Special was a really fun and very talented 90’s cover band. We were very impressed. The food was also excellent and we had brick oven pizza and bbq with yummy sides. Also loved the Bloody Mary! A great time and full bellies - what more can you ask for? Oh and just an aside what a lovely bathroom!“

“This is my go-to spot if I'm not wanting to cook anything or just feel like some some dirty indulgence wings. Really good atmosphere everybody that works there's super nice there's parking it's not dine-in so you can't eat there unfortunately but everything is done very well well cooked and fresh. The only thing I wish they would change is to get regular Chinese food style beef meat for their loud man and fried rice dishes unfortunately they just use the thin cut beef that they use in their Philly cheesesteaks. But yeah totally recommend anybody going here you just looking for a quick bite takes about 10 to 15 minutes to cook anything you need

Parking: There's plenty of parking. Do the fact that it's not a dine-in place. It's kind of set on a hill so the parking lot is steep for those using wheelchairs it might be difficult to propel yourself up to the restaurant itself but other than that if you park in the side parking lot up above the store it's just a little downhill to the walkway in front“

“We ate here this past weekend and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and got to learn he is from NY and plans to bring his soul food restaurant to Alabama. I laughed in my head when he said this because he’s from NY and he’s wants to bring a soul food restaurant to Huntsville AL where we have plenty of great places to eat. He started us out with a cornbread appetizer. Nothing special, but it was the best i had. Fluffy and sweet like pound cake. My main corse was Lamb, collard greens and Mac n cheese. The absolute best ever! Ruth Chris doesn’t compare to his flavor. HIS FOOD WILL SHUT DOWN YOUR FAVORITE SOUL FOOD RESTAURANT. AL wants your food sir ‼️“
