For some reason all three latino staff were looking at me funny AS A BLACK MAN... who voted for their rights to be here.

I had to ask for more rice because they gave me one spoon full of rice. They barely gave me any chicken so I had to ask for double chicken. They barely gave me any sour cream or cheese but stacked a load of guacamole on the top.

I am tired of latinos being racist towards us, when we as a people did what we needed to do in the election while latinos voted for the current president who lied to them and is currently putting them in danger of deportation.

Manager is rude here. Their system was messed up so they didn’t have my order at all for pick up, and they didn’t believe me, so I had to show 3 employees proof that my order was here and correct etc. Manager had to take my order from the pick up window, and messed up my order after I not only verbally told her, but also showed her my order on my phone so she just see + verify my order again, well she still messed it up even after writing it down and tried to blame it on me!! She was frustrated with her OWN mistake. Then tried to get me to come inside twice (which i told her i couldn’t because i had no bra or shoes on- since i live close by and was expecting my pick-up drive through order to be ready as usual) because she didn’t want to deal with fixing her mistake with a simple solution. She was so frustrated that she tried to get me to take food that was less than what i paid for!! Finally i said nicely please i just want what i paid for which was the simplest order- literally just double chicken, white rice and cheese bowl- so simple( they had other part of my order right- kids quesadilla)… Used to come for pick up all the time but won’t be back after this her attitude was very condescending. She is an older woman with long blonde braid- avoid!!

They stole my money and canceled my order. I can't even get in contact with anyone but the stupid pepper auto chat that keep saying she's not able to process my request. I can't even get a live person on the phone. 33 dollars was taking off my card.

If you ask for the vinaigrette they charge you for the salad lifestyle bowl. They don’t do that at any other chipotle. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked. Just rude.

I had a horrible experience at this location. They got my order wrong and refused to replace it. I believe the “manager” Jose is rude and miserable. I think he also needs proper training on how to be an employee.

Nae Nae

I like that there’s a drive thru which I never seen before. However, the man at the drive thru corrected me on how to say my name. I speak the English language and know how to pronounce my name Nae Nae, it’s not hard. And the queso was disgusting and looked weird.

If you are ordering takeout from this location be sure to take the lids off your bowls and check them before driving away. I tried the brisket and when I got home I discovered the bowl was half filled and I literally had SIX tiny cubes of brisket. Complete ripoff.

Paoul was aware of an error with my order and made me pay again instead of remaking the order free of charge I’m have been a loyal customer for years and never had this experience this is 1 star location. Also I’m fanning a bat away from my food while writing this review

Bad attitude, they put the minimum amount of rice, beans, and meat. In fact, the people who also left there after us were talking the same thing. I don't recommend that place or at least I won't return.

Staff rude to the customers and to top it off the manager is no better, trying to defend the rude Staff. Sad to see customer experience going down hill at this outlet. This place is lowering the bar for Chipotle. Date: 10-22-2024, 12.30pm
