It was super bad and the manager it seemed like im not sure if it was or not but her attitude was so stank, find a new job if you don’t like it. also had so much salt on my chips, there’s no way this place is being ran properly. just go to the other chipotle in Roswell.

The team was horrible. They always got excuse for why they don’t have something and why they can’t make the food that you expect from chipotle. The portions are never proper. The GM is never here. They trespassed me because they wanted to serve me some trash food, they wouldn’t even come speak to me and called the police, as if I was in there being loud

I ordered my food through the app. I came to pick it up at the “chipotlane”. The worker came to the window and just stood there. Just stared at me. I told them the name on my order. He goes back to get it. For some reason he handed my bag to the person that was mopping the floor. That person dropped my food on the floor. They all looked shocked and were laughing. They tried to rebag my food and give it to me. I refused and wanted a new order. The “manager” I’m guessing reluctantly remade my food. There was no apology or any acknowledgment that my food was dropped and I had to wait for a new order. Very unpleasant experience…

I like chipotle but This location is the worst chipotle you can ever find, I will never go to that location again, also the person that is in charge of cutting the veggies need to be checked because it’s impossible to be that bad at your job. how can you just leave the top of a bell pepper and can’t even see it when you are preparing food? Horrible place
