Not sure why the latest reviews have been so bad? My friends and I work near here and this is the place we go when we can’t agree on what we want. The service has never been poor but there is one young lady who needs to work on her customer service skills though. Every worker there from my experience has been friendly and nice. The manager also has been nothing but nice and does a great job keep the inside clean. I will continue to come here.Parking: Free and plenty parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp to get in and out the restaurant

I came in to pick up 1 burrito from an online order. Stood there for 14 mins while seeing them serve everyone in line before starting on my order (which was placed an hour earlier) while being lied to ("It's almost ready, they're packing it up now"). Customer service is nonexistent at this location. This is unacceptable and wasn't the first time... but it WILL be the last. Don't go here unless you enjoy being disrespected. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Get more employees or get proper training and you guys always have something missing and today it was brown rice, beans and undercooked fajita with just onion and green pepper. Sell this location or remove it please

This location is terrible. They try to give you the smallest scoop of rice, corn, etc. I ordered through GrubHub this time and the bowl that came barely had anything in it. Complete waste of money. I've been inside this place a few times... Always dirty, staff is rude... They need to fix this location.
