I was literally pulled out of full blown depression after I walked inside of this establishment, and not only did I had impeccable service but there was so much love and quality in the food as well. I will be coming back. 10/10

Wow. I really try to give the benefit of the doubt but this was just awful service. Before I start ranting I'll just list the highlights (Note: we were the only customers in the store with two employees behind the counter):
- no greeting when we approached the counter, just checking their phones
- apparently they "don't do coffee" at this location even though it's on the menu
- hot chocolate takes 12 minutes to make for some reason!?
The food however was delicious as usual. Just go to a better location

We really like this place because our kids have a restricted diet and their ingredients are quality. Our kids can't have high fructose corn syrup or any artificial colors and Cinnaholic caters to that! Had the banana chocolate chip bread was amazing!!

These cinnamon rolls are out of this world. So delicious. Great service, cute shop. We got the shake rattle and roll and the cookie monster.

Love this location as Michelle, Jess and Joshua are very friendly, welcoming and warm. I came tonight for a buy one get one special for a roll, but as they were out i was provided similar deal for cookie dough which is so sweet. Love them here and recommend

The classic cinnamon bun severed here doesn't taste good. If you load it with a bunch of other great items offered as toppings, I'm sure it hides the abnormal taste from the frosting. There is a great variety of options which all look very good and I will have to try them in the future. The bakery is very clean and looks nice. The employees were very polite and expedient in their customer service. This is a great place to take kids for a unique treat.
