Cinnaholic

Went on a Sunday at 5:25pm, and couldn’t even tell if they were open. But I looked online and they were open. So then I decided to go to the door to see if they were open and it was unlocked and there were someone in there and I asked her are you guys open and she looked at me like I was stupid and I was like oh I’m sorry your sign was off and she didn’t say anything. Really awkward encounter she look like she did not want to be there. I felt very uncomfortable.i did really want one so i still ordered again very werid encounter but the Cinnabon was delicious!

This cinnaholic in specific is impressively bad at getting orders correct. Maybe if you go in person they'll get your order correct, but if you order on ubereats you can be certain they will leave things out and rip you off. Don't order from this cinnaholic on ubereats, it's just not worth it as you will never get what you order. It's still a great chain and good food, but I'm a little annoyed because I ordered from this place yesterday to have a good breakfast on my weekend after a long week in the office and literally they didn't get a single item on my order correct. Still delicious, but it's a little weird they are this inconsistent. I'll be ordering from the other cinnaholic 8 miles away, is what it is. Maybe if you go in person it won't be as bad, but man, this is impressively inconsistent.

I surprised my twins in coming here because the Alpharetta location closed unexpectedly 😭 I'd been looking forward to this for a few weeks. It was definitely different from what we're accustomed to (not in a good way). The employees were nice after they spoke to you (they saw us walk in and didn't say anything. I had to initiate the conversation in saying hello). The way that the atmosphere was set up and how it looked (cell phones and tablet laid out while someone was watching either a show or movie), it felt like we were intruding on their day.

The food was amazing as always but it was definitely not the experience that we're accustomed to. While we LOVE Cinnaholic, we probably won't be returning to this location.

DoorDash just delivered the strawberry and cream and cookie dough monster cinnamon roll. They had to be the driest roll/ bread I’ve ever had. I don’t know if they were yesterday’s Cinna buns, but they were not soft tender. They were actually kind of gross….first and last

Absolutely LOVE these cinnamon rolls, very berry is my favorite or I will get the build your own with their AMAZING brownie pieces. Can’t praise them enough 🙌

I read a lot of reviews mentioning the warm welcoming greetings upon entry, but we had nothing of the sort. We weren't offered any recommendations, but we also didn't ask for any, I guess.
We chose to build our own cinnamon bun with toppings and the total went above 8$, which is a bit on the pricey side. But the taste was amazing and it was also very filling.
The shop itself is decorated nicely with murals describing the journey of how the cinnamon rolls are made with vegan ingredients. They also had free brownie samples on the day we went :)

Lucas was nothing short of amazing! I walked in needing over 25 buns w/ toppings and he handled it perfectly. Not only was he friendly, he was patient and very considerate. He was knowledgeable about how the product would travel and made really good suggestions. The office LOVED Cinnaholics. Some of them had never heard of this place and are huge fans now. If you haven't been to this place...GO!

I come here often cause the food is great but the service is always mediocre at best. They never have rolls ready, even if the place is completely empty so it’s always a 10-15 minute wait. The workers are always sitting at a customer table doing homework or something, which isn’t a big deal to me, but at least have rolls ready for customers who walk in. Also, the store is randomly closed even during operating hours sometimes.

Ok guys I found my favorite desert place . This place is amazing great prices and it’s all plant base . Lots of choices for everyone . The coffee is good also . I gave a before and after shot of what I got . lol

We went for Dole whips. The Dole whip machine was on the countertop. When we ordered, we were told that the machine had been down for 2 years and that the location has not offered Dole whips for 2 years. If that is the case, then the machine should not be on display. Since I do not find the cinnamon rolls to my liking, we left. There was nothing else for us to purchase. I can't believe the store has missed out on so much money by not simply fixing or replacing this machine.

I was literally pulled out of full blown depression after I walked inside of this establishment, and not only did I had impeccable service but there was so much love and quality in the food as well. I will be coming back. 10/10
