Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse

literally everything was perfect. the baked bread was so soft and delicious. the meatballs were so flavorful and the sauce was so good that were soaking it up with the bread once we were don’t with the meatballs. the calamari was cooked to perfection. truffle fries were delicious. sea bass was so flavorful. would def order that again.

Parking: plenty of parking available right next to the restaurant. will cover parking for the first two hours.

My experience at this restaurant was unsatisfactory. While the atmosphere was beautiful and elegant, the service was a little slow. The waiters for my party of 9 were very nice but took over 45 minutes to take our drinks and bring out bread. However, once the service started they were slightly more attentive but could definitely touch up on their fine dining skills.

The food was just okay. The crab cakes and truffle fries were the star of the show. The meatballs were tough and distasteful and our party had several imperfections with our steaks being cooked to wrong temperatures. My steak was remade and I appreciated how it was handled. My main concern was one of the gentleman who brought out our appetizers and entrees. I politely greeted him with “excuse me” and he threw his hand up and walked off. Moments later he came back and I told him I just wanted to know what kind of meat the meatballs were made of and he absurdly answered with “there’s no pork in them” and walked off again. Another waiter had to clarify what he meant by that, but I did not appreciate the disrespect. When I called the manager on shift, he disclosed that this gentleman had a specific disability to justify his behavior. While I am no stranger to disabilities being that I am a 100% disabled veteran, I did not come out to eat to be addressed disrespectfully. Additionally, while my party was taking pictures, the same gentleman walked in the middle of the picture with a rude attitude.

I told the manager I would like to speak to the owner and he responded with “I am the manager tonight.” I am not looking for compensation, a free meal, or any special accommodation. I would just like to acquire about Del Frisco’s policy on rude employees presenting this behavior to customers, if there is one at all. Our party spent close to $600 with the steak deductions and I was not satisfied with a dime that was spent. Justifying a disability is unacceptable as I can say the same; my disabilities were triggered when spoken to in a rude manner by Del Frisco’s staff. I will not be back, nor will I recommend this restaurant to friends/family based upon how my concerns were addressed.

Loved the decor at this place .. very classy. The food was a bit pricey, but worth it. The portions were a bit small, but filling. I will definitely return.

Nice place for dinner. Paid $300+ for a meal and then they refused to validate my parking and it cost me $6 to exit the garage. Even spoke with the manager. He said he couldn’t do it. It’s not the $6 but rather the ignorance of losing good paying customers over a $6 parking fee? I won’t be returning.

Excellent cut of ribeye and the shareable side of spinach was superb. Speedy and attentive service made for a memorable birthday dinner.

OVER PRICED $90 for a small steak and lettuce wedge. You have to pay to get water, as they only serve bottles of water to share. $21 for an average, not even good Margarita in a 6oz high ball glass... they even charged for a small piece of cheesecake when the waitress found out it was a birthday, and it was not even asked for. I got a clean glass for my over priced water on the third try and no ice. Lastly, we were told that they could not split the bill, until we advised that if they couldn't then we would have to leave. We were there for more than 2 hours and during that time, there were 3 people at the bar, a party of 8 at a table and our party of 10. That's it for the entire night as they were closing when we were leaving.

Beautiful ambiance, service was okay. 20 minutes after finishing my meal i became violently ill to the point were i was vomiting in the stall. I was ill well into the next day. I called to inform the restaurant as well as sent an email for the situation to be rectified instead of making a review. No one ever contacted me past that so beware you make get food poisoning. Will never go back.

Beautiful environment! The Black woman who sang and played the piano was amazing!

The concern is with the service and the food. Our waitress was attentive when she was around however would leave us and not return for periods of time that was a little unsettling… and yes, we were a party of 8 and gratuity was already included.

Another thing, the food. Crab cakes, delicious. The margarita, very good.

The Chateau Mashed Potatoes looked good however were not well seasoned. Definitely could have used more butter, garlic, salt, pepper… something?

Nevertheless the atmosphere was beautiful and elegant. Will I be back, maybe? Definitely to hear the pianist and for a margarita… But I am not running back.

My waitress was phenomenal but the black bald headed gentleman was VERY rude. Unsure of his name. My friends steak was bloody when she asked for it well done. They came back with another steak which wasn't a filet. I asked the gentleman 3 times what kind of steak is that because it isn't what she ordered? He ignored me, rolled his eyes. Whoever he was he was very rude.

Outstanding restaurant! Celebrated my fiancé bday! The restaurant is stunning, service was top tier our waitress was the best! Ohhhh and yes the food was chefs kiss ? 10 out of 10

Nice place for a date night. Drinks are good but not worth the price. I was there with a party of 12. We had to separate the check 4 ways. The waitress took forever to check on us and to check us out. I guess it doesn't matter when you're getting an automatic 200 dollar tip for gratuity.

Everything was amazing! Food was so good. My birthday dinner was amazing. Choice of drinks were right on point and the server was perfect!
