Our food tonight sat in the store 30 minutes before it left the store our order was luke warm and 1/2 made wrong. The manager lied to my wife on when the order was leaving the store. Please fire this manager he does not know how to run a store
I've been waiting close to 1&1/2 hrs for a 2 topping medium pizza. I called and got the same tired excuse of "short staffed" today, and would probably be another 30-40 minutes. This is not the 1st time this has happened, but I can assure you it will be the last. They asked if I'd be satisfied with a free drink??? How about a free pizza--if it ever arrives. I'm done.
We ordered a pizza online at 12:38, but by 1:30 PM the pizza still was not delivered, although the pizza tracker said the pizza was QC'ed at 12:58 PM. Upon calling the store, the girl who answered the phone confirmed it had been ready but she was behind due to "no drivers" available. She said either I could come get the pizza or wait for a driver... so with a now sleeping baby and three hungry 8 year old girls, we patiently wait, now 1:42 PM and still no pizza.
