The dunwoody Georgia location is low quality.
They do not have napkins/plates unlike other domino's pizza stores I go to in Tucker and some places.
I have place order from this dunwoody location more than 10 times.
Never got napkins or plates, but never complained . Today, I was not happy because I wanted to eat outside with my family. The worse is they do not have napkins. So sad, bad reputation for domino's pizza.

Delivery absolutely terrible. We did not receive the correct toppings, my kids pizza was very very undercooked, did not revive the sauce cups we paid for, lava cakes came upside down and very burned. The only thing they did right was the salad that comes pre-made from a warehouse.....but the driver almost didn't give us that, we had to ask where our salad was. Oh, and it took almost two hours for the delivery to arrive. Absolutely terrible experience. When we tried to file a complaint, we were offered 20 percent off of our next order. I do not want to ever order from this location again so I for sure don't want 20 percent off. A refund would be nice since the employees are incapable of doing anything right, but the company doesn't take any accountability
so.... seriously, do not order from here.

I ordered a pizza, and it took over an hour to arrive. The person working at the counter was incredibly rude, even yelling at me at one point. When I arrived to pick up my order, they made me wait an additional 10 minutes even though the pizza was already ready. To make matters worse, the pizza was burnt. This was a really disappointing experience. I hope the management addresses these issues, as this is not the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

So I tried ordering online but there were technical problems and they couldn’t process the payment. Understandable. So I called in and ordered over the phone. There too, there were technical problems on their end and I couldn’t pay with my card. They said I could pay with cash when the delivery guy arrived and he would have cash but to keep it close to the price. The delivery guy didn’t have any cash. I was a little frustrated with that since they specifically said he would have cash to give back the change. Fine, again, understandable, these days. However the Parmesan wings were not very good. They were undercooked and there wasn’t enough sauce. There whole wings that had zero sauce on them. I was not impressed.

This store is terrible and so is Domino's. They canceled 2 orders on me. One time they never even called to tell me. They said a 90 order pizza order came in before mine and corporate canceled my order. Please do not give this company your business. You can get costco whole pie with pepperoni for less than $10. Go anywhere but this loser company. Dominos, and this store in particular, are poor quality.

Avoid this store. 1:30 minutes after ordering I still can’t anyone to answer, the number corporate gave has a full VM and upon driving to the store to pick up my order, no one wants to help or has any clue on how to help. Dominos needs help.

I had a very large, very last minute order for a work event and the guys working handled it beautifully. Everyone said the pizza was delicious and they honestly liked it better than the original plan I had that didn't work out. It was a stressful afternoon for me for sure and this store helped me out a lot. Thank you!

My husband ordered a pizza. He called to verify delivery time, and then when it came to delivery, the driver “couldn’t find the house” we could literally see the car from our back porch. Then the driver drove off and the store cancelled our order. Absolutely ridiculous… no call to say they couldn’t find the house. And when we called when they drove off, the store staff said it was too late and we’d have to replace the order and wait another hour and a half for the pizza. Terrible service and I think the manager should be better about training their staff. Absolutely terrible, do not use this place ever.

If you want messed up, undercooked pizza and the worst customer service. Order from this disgrace of a place. I don’t know why they never read the full order when it says well done cook. Would give 0 stars if could.
