I love Dunkin coffee, drink it daily. However I felt like leaving a poor review for this particular Dunkin because each time I've tried to go there on the way home from work, around 8:35 to 8:40pm, they have the doors locked and refuse to let customers in, a whole 20-25 minutes before the store is supposed to close. As someone who's been a barista, that's just lazy and obnoxious.

Donuts was not so fresh something oily smell and staff really worst 3 of the staff wore gloves and mopping n cleaning bathroom n all still they were taking orders touching donuts, coffee cups with same mopping hands they didn't change the gloves too really disappointed just trashed they should maintain hygiene. Got bombarded by 4 or 5 yellow jackets right when I parked and when I went back to the van. Great frozen coffee but could have gotten stung multiple times. One even kept flying at my window ?. Just be careful.

The only Dunkin in Atlanta that knows how to melt the sugar in my ice coffee. All the other ones that I go to and say "melt the sugar" they either look at me like I have 5 heads or they use hot water to melt the sugar.......epic fail!!! I guess melting sugar is an up top thing.Dunkin' on Mount Vernon in Dunwoody is the go-to place.

Bought a chai latte from this location on 7th January 2023, which caused food poisoning, I had stomach ache and vomiting.

I suggest going inside instead of accessing the drive thru….because if not you’ll be the unhappy customer at 9am that asked for an assorted half dozen that got home to the most desert dry slightly bruised half dozen I’ve ever seen and tasted. Yes this deserves a review because this is not the first time but it will for sure be the last at this location

This is probably the best Duncan location I've ever visited, and I travel the country often. It is very clean, well maintained, bright, well stocked, and has an excellent staff tending to customers. Would highly recommend this location!
