Rude people working there … don’t go there I am a customer went to drink coffee and eat some donuts 🍩 … and I asked them to use restroom.. the door was locked by keys number. They said it’s closed but it’s clearly not closed.. I was staying for 40 minutes ..

This location is very convenient and they manage to be very efficient. Service is always friendly. Only two issues: (1) the munchkins are noticeably stale more often than not, so we stopped ordering them with our coffee, and (2) they need to get the landlord to fix the exit driveway onto Cotillion - the broken pavement leads to wide right turns which causes people exiting to enter the oncoming turn lane.

This particular Dunkin' does not get it right. It is walking distance from my residence, and I'd rather get in a vehicle and drive to a different one.
They have burned my sandwich and the turkey sausage meat this last time I visited was horrible.
I visit intermittently to see if they step up, but alas, they are a mediocre representation of the Dunkin' franchise.

No line, very slow when I ordered. I asked for a dozen donuts, preferably mostly chocolate. The self hating employees purposely gave me all but one non-chocolate donuts. Dunkin’ Donuts need AI and get rid of the ungrateful employees who hate having customers. I won’t be back, to many near by competitors.
I went through the drive thru at this location on a Friday morning around 10AM and could not have been more impressed. There were four cars in front of me and I was prepared for the line to take forever (I’m looking at you, Bojangles!). Thankfully, I was wrong! The line moved quickly, the staff were incredibly friendly, my sandwich was hot, and my coffee was delicious!
Clean and quick. Seemed like only two employees working, but they did a great job. The donut was delicious. But did I need to say that?
