Bad food and service!!!

They said they were short a waiter Friday night, but that would not have made the prime rib any more tender. That was the regular advertised special, but this gristly, tough meat was decidedly unspecial. Coupled with the crowded, dark interior and the multitude of un-bussed tables, the experience was anything but pleasant. We tried the place in response to a mail advertisement, really expecting management to to put on a good face for new customers, but disappointed with that as well. The lamb skewers were tough, dry and un-appetizing appetisers. The lobster/toasted cheese sandwich was good comfort food, so maybe with low expectations, this place can meet them.

Love King George and staff but I'm not happy with whoever does the ordering now. I am there about 5 nights a week. A known regular. I eat and drink on every visit. The have been out of the beer I drink for a week. No excuse for that. If they don't correct this I will have to go elsewhere and I don't want to do that. Get it together.
